I'm interested in learning about editing/writing my own scripts for After Effects CC 2018, but the I don't seem to have the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit available to download under my Creative Cloud App. Is there a reason for this, and if so are there any alternatives I could use?

Creative Cloud was previously installed and working on computer but, when it tried to update, it gave an error Code 201. I downloaded the uninstaller from Adobe but, it also will not uninstall the product. I downloaded the direct installer for the program and received the same error. This is on an Enterprise network machine. Internet connection is fine. Could someone please provide further guidance on this?
It gets to 0% and says it cannot update. I can't use any apps unless I update. Very frustrating! Anyone know what I can do?
Maybe I need to update my OS and then the CC update will work?

I am trying to purchase and old application Fireworks because I find it way easier to use than Photoshop. I have been able to download a free trial but this has now expired and when I try to buy it it just takes me to an error page. How can I download this program? Happy to pay but I can't seem to find it anywhere! Thank you!
As the title says, I was wondering if it is possible to install creative cloud on an entirely different hard drive that isn't my OS drive. I am on Windows 10, by the way. I am hoping that there is an easier way than setting up a junction folder.

Just downloaded 2018 CC apps to a new imac pro and couldn't believe how slow it took to open an illustrator file (about 40 secs!) compared to approx. 13 seconds on my 2013 Mac Pro. (1.2 mb file with text only) I even uninstalled 2018 and reinstalled 2017 and its still super slow, are they coming out with a fix anytime soon?
I am trying to update muse to Oct 18 release. Adobe manager won't show me the update button. When I launch the app the app will ask me to upgrade, I hit the upgrade button and directmme to the adobe manager again with no update option again. Can some body tell me how to manually update Muse.?
I have a Creative Cloud Membership. I think Premiere Elements is included in that membership. When I tried to download trial version of Premiere Elements, it says that it is already on my computer.
I have paid for the subscription for monthly and it keeps saying no subscription found??
So I am running a brand new laptop with Windows 8.1 64 bit.
I installed creative cloud when I first got the laptop and it was fine, no problems!
I then had to perform a system restore due to some auto updates which caused problems. Now when I try to install creative cloud again, it downloads and then the second it starts trying to install I get the install failed, error code: 1 message.
I have tried everything in troubleshooting, i.e. Run the Adobe CC Cleaner tool, restart system, re-download CC, run as administrator, same error code: 1 message.
I am also running as an administrator user so nothing to do with that.
I have no idea what is continuing to cause this, have tried everything suggested to no avail, and the must frustrating part is that once upon a time it did actually work! My laptap is fully up to date with all windows updates, both recommended and optional.
Please can somebody help me?
I have been trying to download Photoshop unsuccessfully for the past two weeks. The error messages (126, 113, or "this download appears to be corrupted") and the online solutions are very unhelpful. It also seems impossible to reach customer service- sometimes I'm on hold for nearly an hour and no one has ever answered my calls. Can someone help me troubleshoot this problem?
I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past two weeks to install the Photoshop trial. It keeps stopping at 7% and reporting errors without any instructions on how to fix them- even on the Adobe website. All it says is "try again" for error 126; "fix connectivity issues" (-there aren't any) for error 113, or "this download appears to be corrupted". I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the creative cloud desktop app, but it doesn't help. It is also impossible to reach live customer service- even when I finally tracked down the number, I waited on hold for an hour and no one answered. Can someone please help me?
j'ai acheté l'année dernière une version perpétuelle (CD) de Ligtroom 6. Je l'ai installée sur deux PC.
Il y a 15 jours, à la suite d'un orage, le disque dur du premier PC à grillé. ses données sont irrécupérables et j'ai du le changer. Ceci m'a obligé à réinstaller tous les programmes que j'utilisais de façon courante; en particulier lightroom. Le problème c'est que mon CD me donne la version 6.0,qui ne prend pas en charge les fichiers RAW générés par mon reflex (canon 80D) et que quand j'essayais de faire la mise à jour via lightroom lui même, une fenêtre s'ouvrait dans mon navigateur avec ce message :
"Hum, nous ne parvenons pas à trouver ce site.
Impossible de se connecter au serveur à l’adresse community.stage.corp.adobe.com.
Si l’adresse est correcte, voici trois autres choses que vous pouvez essayer de faire :
Réessayer ultérieurement.
Vérifier votre connexion au réseau.
Si vous êtes connecté au travers d’un pare-feu, vérifier que Firefox a la permission d’accéder au Web.
J'ai essayé de télécharger la mise à jour à partir d'adobe créative cloud en utilisant mon ID et mon mot de passe. La mise à jour se Téléchargeait normalement (par contre pas moyen de télécharger et d'installer la version bureau de creative cloud: l'installation s’interrompait à 5%) mais quand l'installation de la mise à jour a été terminée et que je cliquais sur l'icône ligthroom sur le bureau , une fenêtre apparaissait : "manque api-ms-win-runtimel1-1-0.dll" et ligthroom ne s'ouvrait pas.
j'ai contacté une première fois le centre d'aide adobe. L'interlocutrice que j'ai eue m'a demandé de désinstaller lightroom 6 et de télécharger lightroom 6 à partir du lien suivant:

je l'ai fait. Quand j'ai voulu lancer l'installateur , il s'est arrêté tout de suite en indiquant "échec de la mise à jour"
J'ai alors réinstallé le logiciel à partir de mon cd (version 6.0) et lancé ensuite l'installateur de mise à jour que j'avais téléchargé. Là la mise à jour s'est déroulée normalement mais quand j'ai voulu ouvrir lightroom à l'issue de cette mise à jour même problème:

Je supposais que tous ces désagréments étaient liés aux sécurités interdisant l'installation du programme sur plus de deux machines, en fait c'était plus simple:le logiciel a commencé à fonctionner normalement a partir du téléchargement de la 250ème mise à jour windows qui devait contenir le fameux "api-ms-win-runtimel1-1-0.dll" (ben oui, comme j'avais remis windows 7 sur le nouveau disque dur, j'avais aussi la version 7.0 au départ... sauf que là, les mises à jour, ça dure beaucoup plus longtemps (plusieurs jours)vu que la version actuelle de windows c'est la 10)
Hello I have Creative Cloud through an Education account. Trying to download Fireworks but cannot see it in the apps listed. Downloaded an exe file from Adobe-but will not accept my Serial Number. Please advise.
Why is Premiere Elements not included in the adobe cloud subscription??
