CCPhotography - Lightroom CC workes; Photoshop CC doesn't...

Hallo Zusammen!
Ich habe über Amazon ein Jahres-Abo als Prepaidkarte gekauft, diese auch aktiviert, aber bei Photoshop möchte Adobe mich nicht an Photoshop arbeiten lassen und behauptet kein Abonnement unter meiner ID dazu zu finden. Lightroom dagegen funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles ist auf dem aktuellsten Stand und ich habe mich auch schon X mal an und abgemeldet...

Hey Everybody!

 

Please excuse my bad english. I've brought a prepaid-card via Amazon and entered the Code, worked for Lightroom, but Photoshop doesn't work and let me only work in a trail-version. It tells me, that there isn't an abo for Photoshop CC under my ID - everything is updated and i also logged in and out for quite a few times. Please help!

Hello,

 

Creative Cloud is crashing my Mac. Constantly. I am having to write here to see if I can get some help. I have tried the trouble shooting and to no avail. I am on Sierra 10.12.2. the CC app was actually not working well prior to Sierra, but upgrading has seemingly made things much worse, though I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS A SIERRA ISSUE.... so please do not lead me down that path. This is a Creative Cloud issue that crashes my computer.

 

It began with Creative Cloud not syncing. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, but it would constantly crash. After a customer service agent change the OOBE folder to OOBE-old it solved the problem... but now when I try to download an app... any app.. it freezes and crashes my computer.

Basically, Creative Cloud gets to 45-50% on any app download and FREEZES my computer. Then, if I try to install anything manually, it freezes about the 90% mark.

 

I have removed it and reinstalled it Creative Cloud. When uninstalled, Typekit, which I am paying for with the Creative Cloud Suite, does not sync my fonts and other assets.

 

I reinstalled it and then could not get it to sync. I also cannot download applications without it CRASHING MY COMPUTER. I can see from the forums that I am not the only one. Whoever is mod on this forum, please, I am looking for technical answers on how to SOLVE the problem.

 

I have looked at the PDapp. Log and see that there is a OOBElib error: 1 which may be part of the problem?

 

Again, I and MANY OTHER DESIGNERS are paying money NOT to troubleshoot your application, but to have it WORK.

 

I am looking for concrete answers:

1) How do I enable Creative Cloud 3.9.1.335 to download and install apps THAT I AM PAYING FOR

2) How can I have apps which I am downloading through Creative Cloud install WITHOUT CRASHING MY COMPUTER.

3) What can I change in the backend that would make this happen.

I have a monthly subscription to Adobe Photoshop CC but can't find it in my account.

I am informed to purchase it again.

 

Any clue?

Hi,

I encounter exactly the same error message.

Uninstall only resulted in Bridge cc being removed from Creative Cloud context. So instead of "Update" there now was the "Install" Option available for Bridge CC. However, even in this state I was able to run Bridge CC without error. So it was not removed from the disk at all.

 

I decided to uninstall it manually, hoping to successfully rerun the installation after that.

But still the install routine fails with the original error. Now I have no Bridge at all ...

 

Any other ideas left?

Downgrade Premiere Pro CC??

So I had a MAJOR bug with the latest version of Adobe CC 2017. So I downgraded to the version under it, and it worked fine. (Adobe CC 2017 1.11 or something)

 

Anyway. I saw 2018 came out and I remember submitting a bug ages ago for my issue, however it's not been fixed as I learnt after downloaded Adobe CC 2018.

 

I now cannot go back to Adobe CC 2017 1.11 (or something) my only options are

 

CC 7.0 and CS6 6.0

 

Please...this is my job, it pays my bills and I CANNOT work with this bug.

 

*The bug for those wondering. For some reason with my PC, I have to press hotkeys twice sometimes to get them to work. Even space for the playback. So imagine hitting space twice, just to play the footage. Or C twice just to get the cut tool. It gets tedious and adds hours to my daily work time.*

 

So please how do you downgrade?!

Adobe has stopped developing adobe Edge animate. However, I still have a project working on this tool.

I cant find the download page on the web page, neither on the creative cloud.

Can Photoshop Elements 10 be installed on a drive other than C?

I'm trying to install Photoshop Elements 10 to my "D" drive. I have Windows 10 residing on my "C" drive which is a SSD.  The install program only lets me target the "C" drive which does not have enough space.  Can I install Elements on a drive other than the boot drive?

I logged on into my account, downloaded "Lightroom_Classic_Set-Up.exe" started it, but I only get the donut for e few seconds and that's it. No update, nothing at all.

Win 10 with all updates. CC Photo Abo.

It is the same if I use LR CC 2015 help -> updates: donut then nothing

help -> system information shows:

     Version von Lightroom: CC 2015.0.1 [ 1018573 ]

     Lizenz: Creative Cloud

     Betriebssystem: Windows 8.1 Business Edition

     Version: 6.3 [9600]

and much more... (btw: I really work with Win 10 creators fall ed.!)

 

What's wrong? :-( I work with computers since 30 years, so normally I know what I am doing. But this is strange...

I opened my creative cloud redemption card on Christmas and while opening I think the card got lost and might have been thrown away, I have not activated my card yet but I don't have a code to download the apps, please help me!!

we have done all the customization and it fail to continue on user based.

 

Note: We do not have internet connection on the users where we need to deploy.

I find on my Windows 7 PC every single time I start (or restart) my PC I get the messade that CC desktop app is damaged and must be repaired, then it downloads from scratch very slowly hogginh all my bandwidth and I can't even open a webpage until it is done.  This continues to happen each and everytime I start or reboot my machine.  What is going on here?

Creative Cloud keeps restarting so can't download trial CC app

Windows 10, i7 processor, 256GB SSD, download speed currently between 30 and 40 Mbits/second.

 

When I try to download InDesign trial it gets to 25 or 30% complete and Creative Cloud downloader restarts, killing the download. I get this message:

I can't uninstall and reinstall because it refuses to uninstall, saying I have apps that require it. Perhaps this is because I am on a 30-day trial of Adobe Framemaker 2015. I assume even if I purchased CC, I wouldn't be able to install it. When I try to reinstall it, it just starts up the already installed Creative Cloud app.

 

What do do?

Hello, I had the entire creative cloud for a year. It expired. I only need Photoshop, Lightroom and Premier Pro but before when I exported from Premier Pro, I assume it went though Media Encoder. My question is, if I buy the Photoshop with Lightoroom monthly and Premier Pro monthly, does it include the Media Encoder? If not how much is it or do I even need it? I post 1080P to Youtube as a vlogger. Thank you.

For two days now i have tried to open photoshop, i have the free cloud app trial that is linked to my company  (a university) so I don't pay but can use the cloud trial all year) It wasn't working so i followed ll the instructions on how to fix it, none of which worked, i then did a complete deep clean uninstall and reinstall (done this three times now!) still nothing, updated my mac to latest operating stytem to see if that helped, nothing, restarted computer (lots of times now) nothing, installed bridge because heard that helped...nothing, obviously cleared and reinstalled complete adobe system including app manager - nothing - when i click on photoshop it bounces for a while, then a validation page comes up which flashes for less than a second, then get a creative clout page which says wait a moment and then a wheel for hours, obviously also deeply uninstalled and reinstalled the creative cloud also.... nothing! driving me mad, is there a phone number where i can ask for help or anyone got any suggestions that are not already in the 'how to fix the issue' pages because i have already followed them - been here for two days now :.(((


Lightroom Classic CC - Error 1 - Mac

Hi there!

 

I'm running a mac (10.11) and cannot seem to get Lightroom Classic CC to install.

When attempting to use the Adobe downloader/installer - it always stops after 12% with an 'Error 1'.  I found the direct .dmg download of Lightroom Classic CC which downloaded fine, but when I attempt to install it also gives me an 'Error 1'.  I have uninstalled the Adobe App and run the cleaner but nothing seems to be working.

 

Can anyone assist?

Hello,

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my computer (Windows 10) and apply the serial number for the license certificate purchased.

I successfully downloaded the program, but I'm not able to apply the software license certificate anywhere that I can find.

Note: I had purchased two licenses and both were installed on two different computers a couple months ago. However, one of those computers doesn't exist anymore, so I'm trying to use the second license on another computer instead.

I had started my free trial for Photoshop and by the time I had gotten time to get on and try it, it had ran out of time. Is there anyway I would be able to try it again? Adobe really needs better communication options than a forum...
