I'm extremely frustrated now since I've been charged money for a program I'm not using. I tried cancelling a month ago and when I clicked "Manage Plan" it took me to a blank page. I assumed that meant I was no longer on the plan. I cannot contact anyone who works for adobe and I want my money back.


Creative Cloud Glitching, Keeps crashing and asking me to repair

As the title states my software keeps crashing and or prompting me to repair or quit out.

 

I have done the repair, nothing. I went online and tried every single step listed on the website to no help.I am at my whits end and need help resolving this.

 

I can not download any programs because Creative cloud keeps crashing the downloader.

 

Has anyone experienced this? if so what was done to resolve this issue.

Checking the software Licence: Programs do not start

Hello,

 

since a few days i have a problem with my Creative Cloud. I purchased the CC version, but my Creative Cloud program on the computer says that i am in trial mode for the programs. Now this "trial time" for Premiere is over and i can't start Premiere. When i am starting Premiere, it opens up a window which says: "Checking the Software Licence". After a few moments this window closes. Five Seconds later the window "Checking the software Licence" is starting again. But Premiere is not starting.

 

On my laptop i use the same Account (same CC version, CC 2018), and there it all works fine.

 

Do you have an answer, how to fix this problem?

Hi

I've been having nothing but problems since updating to 2018CC. I'm getting dll errors different numbers too 10 and 9. I will start it up without any plugins and it works. I read it may be ON1 so I reinstalled that. I never had this problem before and have Nik, Topaz, ON1 and Portrait Professional plugins.  I'm not very tech savvy and I'm afraid to uninstall because I don't know if I can reinstall. Thank you for any help!

Hello,

 

I've followed the steps listed here per a previous discussion for Windows 10. In addition, I've uninstalled, used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, reboot, reinstalled CC, reinstalled Ai, Ps, Br numerous times. None of the applications launch and I always receive the same error: 16. Extremely frustrating.

Photoshop license unrecognized

Hello,

 

I have a trouble in the Creative Cloud app which doesn't recognize my license, I think.

In the app, I have to buy all the apps I already bought, But we can see it in the Adobe website that I have the license (ang I bought it every month).

I don't know why my computer isn't activated either...

 

And when I click on the Photoshop software, I have this screen that opens then ends then opens endlessly :

I tried to uninstall then install Photoshop and Creative Cloud, but that is the same thing.

I am using an iMac. The Felix icon no longer opens. And there is no Felix icon to download from my Adobe Cloud menu. Is Felix still a part of the subscription?

I just get a validation screen consistently popping up and not going away. I have to force quit out to stop it. It won't let me open Photoshop nor Priemere. I have a mac and I need help. Thanks!


Creative cloud installation folder not changing - even when I change it in preferences.

I've been trying to install Photoshop CC's free trial today, and despite me changing the installation directory, it's still attempting to install it to the default directory.

I have an SSD and a hard drive, my SSD only has ~1gb storage left while my hard drove had 120gb left. By default, it tries to install to my SSD (my C drive) so I had to change the installation directory to my hard drive (D drive). In Preferences < Creative Cloud < Apps < Install Location, I have it set to "D:\Creative Cloud" which is a folder that's already created. When I attempt to install Photoshop, it still tries to install to the old directory. Screenshots of my problem are below. I am on the latest version of creative cloud on Windows 10 Professional 1511.

Have you tried completely reinstalling Creative Cloud?

Yes, deleting all of the files first and then installing it once again.

Have you tried restarting creative cloud after changing the install directory?

Yes

Have you tried other install directories (such as on a USB drive or other places in the HDD)?

Yes, it still attempts to install to the default directory.

Have you tried deleting the Photoshop files from your C drive and then reinstalling?

Yes

Are you sure that it's still trying to install to your C drive after changing the directory?

Yes, my D drive has enough space to install it while my C drive does not. It, for some reason, is still installing the files to the C drive and the file I created for it on the D drive is completely empty.

Well, I just can't install the trial version of photoshop..

After launching the downloader app (from the official site of course), it seems to start installation but never goes further than 0%

Indeed it automatically tells me "failure, installation has failed.... error P204)

Well.... I just can't download it - I hope you'll be able to solve my problem as soon as possible so I can do my job (photoshop grades in my studies..)

I'm running on windows 10 with a Dell Inspiron 5000.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography subscription for a year. I intalled PS and LR in my laptop, and now I want to use in my Desktop computer. I undestand that I can use the app in two different computers but not at the same time.

 

It is possible?, and if Yes how I can remove this message?.

Uninstall issues (CC 2014; CS5) & Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool questions

I am trying to uninstall old versions of the CC apps (2014) as well as CS5.

 

The standalone uninstallers do not work, they all give me a generic error (reboot, etc).

 

None of these apps show up in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. I know in the past they did, even after my subscription ended.

 

I have gone through reinstalling CC Desktop, renaming the OOBE folder, etc.

 

I am concerned about the CC Cleanup Tool, the information is vague about what it does. I want to make sure I am not going to screw anything up with my CS6 installed apps. It seems the only option to "cleanup" CC and CS5 is to include CS6 in the cleanup.

 

Since I am not sure what the "cleanup" does I am hesitant to run it. It seems to cleanup installer logs/info from what I can tell, but not sure if that means it will wipe out installation info for apps I want to keep -- like CS6.

 

Can anyone verify that running the cleaner app will not affect my CS6 installations?

 

I just want to uninstall all the old apps from my hard drive and leave CS6 intact. The online help indicates that I need to do this with either the standalone installers (which do not work) or the CC Desktop app (which does not list any apps as installed, except Acrobat DC which I never installed to my knowledge).

Hola, accedi a la pestaña de biblioteca para ver que recursos podía usar en un proyecto, pero esta pestaña, me muestra el mensaje:

para usar bibliotecas creative cloud instale la aplicación de creative cloud

lo cual no tiene sentido alguno, ya que ya tengo instalado Creative Cloud.

大型アップデイトの際に ID Pr がダウンロードエラーでアップデイトできませんでした。しかし、自宅のPCではアップデイトできました。数日前にIDはアップデイトできたのですが、Pr はダウンロードできません。旧バージョンをアンインストールしたからダウンロードしようとしましたが、できませんでした。なので旧バージョンも入っていない状況です。

Illustrator trial expired over night

Hello.

21hours ago I installed Adobe Illustrator 2017. I installed new font today and closed Illustrator to open it again with new font ready to use, but now it shows that my trial expired and I can only buy it or close. I have cloud services for LR and Photoshop. How can I reset trial so I could really try it properly before I make a decision to buy it or not?

Adobe PhotoShop Elements Download Issues

I am trying to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 that I purchased from Office Depot.  I set up an account and entered the redemption code.  I click on download and each time I get a message from Windows Defender stating it contained a virus and was deleted.  Please help.

Is there a quick easy way to do a complete un/re-install of creative cloud and apps?

I can't bear having another tech support session with the adobe crew. I have AT LEAST 20 HOURS on the support and chat line and my problem is unresolved.

Creative Cloud and adobe apps are unstable to say the least on my pc. (laptop is fine).

 

Creative cloud opens sometimes, sometimes not. If I can get apps to show up,(rare), I try updating and it never goes past 85% and stops. Now, every time I try to open photoshop or lightroom it crashes on opening. I've had CC for at least 4 years and it has NEVER worked. I just have to find back door ways to update apps.

Can't open any new fonts from typekit.

I can't even uninstall any apps or Creative Cloud.

Was hoping someone can refer me to a way to completely wipe out all Adobe products on my hard drive and re-install. Preferably with presets but I'll take what I can get.

Installation not starting MacBook

I'm having issues trying to install Photoshop CC on my MacBook running MacOS 10.12.6.  I download the Photoshop Installer no problems, and then open the installer.  It asks me to log in (don't appear to be any issues) and then seems to start, but never gets past "Installing (0%) - CALCULATING TIME REMAINING" (it never shows a time remaining).

 

I have restarted the machine (no luck)

I have tried the installer cleanup tools (no luck)

I have deleted the installer .dmg file and re-downloaded it and started again (no luck)

I don't have any log files related to Adobe in ~/Library/Logs other than the one created by the cleanup tool so can't even see any errors to help me troubleshoot.

 

Unfortunately, I'm a bit stuck - would appreciate any help anyone can provide.  Thanks!

 

Creative Cloud App installer disappears after "Initialising Installer" stage

I recently had to reboot my laptop to its settings for 4 days ago, and ever since then I cannot seem to download CC app at all.

 

I don't even get an error message, the installer just disappears after the Initialising Installer stage.

I have tried using the uninstaller tool, but when I try to reinstall the same thing happens.

 

This is very frustrating. I did not expect to have to pay for the CS6 products and to not be able to download the software itself.

I pay monthly for this service and the more days I go unable to download the software seems frankly a waste of my money.

 

Your help would be much appreciated.

When downloading photoshop elements, after the download is complete (at 99%) a message comes up saying download cannot be completed please contact adobe or email arvarto bertelsmann. what is wrong with the downloading and what do i need to do to fix it?
