Error 16 - No SLStore or PCD folders!
I'm trying to install my creative suite from my old mac to my new mac.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times and deactivated the software from my old mac.
I have followed the configuration error support page from Adobe but there isn't a SLStore folder or Adobe PCD folder for me to set the permissions for.
Feeling at a dead end, please help!

Not able to download
Hi, I've checked multiple times and upgraded my iMac but even though it matches the specs required, the Premiere Pro website won't let me download a trial.
Included my specs and the minimum specs below - what is missing?!

Creative Cloud Desktop App doesn't show apps as installed
I have paid subs for Photoshop 2018, Lightroom Classic and Premier Pro 2018. Installed and managed/updated by Creative Cloud Desktop App on macOS. All was well and working fine on macOS Sierra. Then a few weeks ago I did an macOS upgrade to High Sierra. All my Adobe apps are working just fine.
The problem I have is that Creative Cloud Desktop app doesn't recognise my existing installed Photoshop and Lightroom. It shows them as "Install" as apposed to "Open" or "Upgrade". Premier Pro is listed as expected.
Any suggestions how to get CC to recognise all my installed apps and managed them?

Keeps saying no subscription found - even though we have bought one...
Hi - we have creative cloud apps installed and the apps are only downloading a trial version even though we have purchased the full package.
When I login - it keeps saying it cant find my subscriptions even though we have bought the package and can view it via another method.

Adobe creative cloud is missing or damaged - HELP
I recently have bought a second hand macbook, and after 2 weeks of using it I started getting the notification saying 'Adobe creative cloud is missing or damaged' - i have pressed repair and it has gone though that processes and 'repaired' itself, only to have the same problem the next day. I have uninstalled and reinstsalled creative cloud, and the problem has persisted, and i have ran the Adobe CC cleaner tool, and STILL the problem persists. It makes my laptop run really slow, sometimes taking over an hour to turn on, and when there is a problem with creative cloud i can't do anything on my laptop, it always freezes and my apps don't work... Each action I try to do can take at least 20 minutes. Soon after I have 'repaired' creative cloud it runs smoothly for a day or two before the problem comes back. Any help will be really appreciated!!!!!

I need to install the Adobe Cloud in a new Laptop (Mac)
Hello I already pay for an Adobe Cloud Package on yearly basis.
I need to install the Adobe Cloud to use it in a new laptop (MacBook Pro) as I can sign-off if I am not using my Imac.
When I try to download the installer I receive a message saying the Image Disk Drive is demaged and I should eject it, when I click ok nothing happens.
Please advise as I need to work on some InDesign files.

I have CC and I am trying to update the creative cloud app.
I get 'Creative Cloud update failed. Error 301. Retry' This happens as soon as I press the 'update button'
I have looked here - but I don't really understand.

I don't know what version of lightroom it is, just whichever one pops up when you search lighroom on google. I don't know why it says its not compatible, I just got this laptop in 2015 so it is still really new.

trial of premier pro CC not the latest version won't update
Hi there, Im just downloaded trial versions of many adobe creative cloud products - but for some reason the Premier Pro trial that was downloaded is only version 7.0 of the program and can't find a way to update it. Been trying to open projects of my colleagues but all unopenable as saved in the more recent version 10.0. Any help with why Im stuck at a very old version? the other apps are the latest.
Also AE is opening with 3 errors: 'couldn't find main entry point for camera raw.plugin 48 ::72, unbalanced unprep (48 :: 30), resource file never opened. (45 :: 37)

Cant download older versions of after effects!
Hello I am trying to download adobe after effects and there is a tutorial saying that there are many bugs in the 2018 version of after effects and i tried it and he was correct I'm trying to downgrade to 2017 but i cant there is no option to download older versions of after effects I looked for the older versions buttons searched the forums and got nothing PLZ HELP.

I've attempted to update the latests updates of Animate and Bridge on my MacBook Pro Laptop with Mac OS 10.13.2. High Sierra. Each time I attempt to do so, I get the Error Message: "Update Failed. Unable to move the file. Rename the file and try again."
I've attempted to do the update several times including after a computer restart and after uninstalling and installing the Creative Cloud Desktop App. I also attempted to do a new install of the apps, to no avail.

I've successfully completed the updates on my iMac with Mac OS 10.12.6. Sierra.
Is there any incompatibility between Creative Cloud and High Sierra?
When it says "Rename the file and try again" where is the file located and what do you rename it to? This is not clear at all.
Any other suggestions?
