Hallo,ich möchte LR auf mein Laptop runterladen. Habe Windows Edge. Alles andere voraussetzungen, wie Speicherplatz, Prozessor ist vorhanden, ausser dass ich kein Explorer 11 habe.
Wie kann ich jetzt LR doch runterladen?
Opening my installed app
I am on the creative cloud app and I'm trying to open premiere pro app. I have clicked install, and watched it install. It is now in the installed apps section, however there is no button for opening the app. It simply says 'up to date' and further to the right there are the three vertical dots. If I click on the dots my only given options for premiere pro are 'view tutorials' or 'uninstall', there is no option for actually opening the app. Please help!

I recently downloaded Adobe Premier Pro CC 2017. I was unable to work with it long enough to explore the product and want to request a rest on my trial period. Who do I contact or what is the procedure?

Photoshop license unrecognized
Hello,
I have a trouble in the Creative Cloud app which doesn't recognize my license, I think.
In the app, I have to buy all the apps I already bought, But we can see it in the Adobe website that I have the license (ang I bought it every month).

I don't know why my computer isn't activated either...
And when I click on the Photoshop software, I have this screen that opens then ends then opens endlessly :

I tried to uninstall then install Photoshop and Creative Cloud, but that is the same thing.

cant find where to install previous versions of illustrator

I am currently using Illustrator CC 2017 but need to go back to Illustrator 10.0.3 because my third party plug in wont work with the newer version.
I cant see where to go to do this. Can anyone send me step by step instructions?

creative cloud desktop installation failed
I was trying to install Creative Cloud desktop and when the installation seemed to have finished this window popped up.
It translates to 'the Adobe Creative Cloud that is needed to solve this problem is lost or damaged. You can click Repair to try fixing the problem. If it didn't work you can download the newest version of Adobe Creative Cloud from this link.'
So obviously there was an issue when I tried to install Creative Cloud desktop that I could not fix without installing and running the Creative Cloud desktop??
What is going on?
I have tried using the cleaner tool. And I tried deleting the file under the OOEB or what not folder and reinstalling Creative Cloud. None of them worked.
Please help. PLEASE.

Im trying to download creative cloud for Animate so i can do animations but when i try to install creative cloud it says error 204 i tried using the cleaner tool but to no avail can someone please help me. maybe im using the cleaner tool wrong or something but please tell me how i can fix this right away

Lightroom [Replacement Subscription]
Hi!
I have a problem with downloading lightroom CC. I already have it on my computer and have used it for a long time. This fall I stopped my payment plan since I didn't used it enough and now I have begun a new payment plan. But when I try to use it now, it doesn't work and it also says I have to little memory on my computer, which is weird since it's already downloaded and I just want to log in. It also asks after serial number.

trying to get out of lightroom classic and back to lightroom CC
When I updated my Mac to the latest OS, my lightroom CC kept crashing, so I clicked update on the Lightroom latest version and now I cannot get anything to work. I do not want to store my photos on cloud. I went into Lightroom dropdown and clicked on older versions and clicked on Lightroom 2015 to install it. It looked like it was doing it, but after it finished, I cannot find it.

The link to download just sends me back to the page where I came from. I tried to open a 'chat' about it but that didn't work either (I got an auto response that I wasn't chatting so the chat was eneded) WTF do I do now?

Adobe Premiere Not Opening - Cannot be uninstalled
Everytime I try to open Adobe Premiere, the initial pop up box does not even come up. The mouse loads and stops to no avail. I've tried opening projects to jumpstart it, I've tried opening it from creative cloud, and running the program as an administrator and nothing happens. I do not have an error message, nothing signifies that the program is attempting to be opened.
I attempted to uninstall it to hopefully fix this issue but it says "Conflict uninstalling Premiere Pro CC. Please save your work and close the following programs for all logged in users." I do have Creative Cloud installed on another computer, but I have no programs currently open.
The computer I am having an issue with is running windows 10 and the other computer is Mac OS 11.02.

I recently got a new computer and now trying to install Premiere Pro CC.
I've just bought PP CC but when I try to download from the Adobe site I get this message:
"This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for Premiere Pro. Please refer to the system requirements in the Help documentation for a full list of hardware and software requirements for Premiere Pro."
I'm running this computer:
Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
Serial Number C02NC7VEG3QD
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
Has run previous versions of Premiere. Not sure why I'm not allowed / can't download.
I'm having to edit from home and have a deadline tomorrow, so any help is appreciated!
