Installation de certaines mises à jour a échoué – Installation of some updates failed

Bonjour,

 

Nous tentons d’installer les mises à jour de la suite CS5 mais nous n’y parvenons pas (captures d’écrans des erreurs en pièces jointes).

 

La version du système d’exploitation de nos Macintosh est macOS Sierra version 10.12.6 (16G29).

 

Que faut-il faire ? Est-ce possible que la version du système d’exploitation de nos Macintosh soit trop récente pour faire les mises à jour ?

We are not able to install CS5 updates (screenshots of errors in attachments).

 

The operating system version of our Macintosh is macOS Sierra version 10.12.6 (16G29).

 

What should be done ? Is it possible that the operating system version of our Macintosh is too recent to update?

Where is Edge Animate in the Creative Cloud???

Is it still possible to download Adobe Edge Animate in my Creative Cloud?

Are there any difference between Animate CC and Edge Animate?

I would love to ask the chat of Adobe but I don't know why is there no chat anymore...

Only old version of CC downloading after reinstall of OS

MAC OS 10.5.5

 

I had to do an OS reinstall, and now CC has downloaded an old version of Premiere, after effects etc.

So I cannot open any of my work....

 

When I try and download the new apps I get a my computer does not meet the minimum requirements for this software. But it did just 2 days ago.

 

Please help I have imminent deadlines for projects I cannot work on.

Error 207 when downloading

So I have been trying to download and install adobe photoshop or creative cloud for the past month and still cannot resolve error 207. When installing creavtive cloud it gets to 2% and then comes up with the error 207. I have tried to install photoshop by itself and the same thing happen however it didn't get past 0%. I have had a couple of people try to help from adobe but still no luck. Does any one have anything different? I have a windows laptop. HELP!!

je passe par lightroom 6 =>j'ai le message suivant et reste bloqué

si je réinstalle LR6,00 cela refonctionne en ancienne version  mais si je réinstalle la mise à jour je retombe sur le même problème

Merci de m'indiquer la méthode pour installer définitivement les mises à jour

Install window stuck on blank screen

Hello,

 

We have an employee who cannot install Photoshop, but I presume the problem occurs for every app.

When she downloads the file, runs it and types in her login credentials, the window goes blank and stays that way.

I have done a bit of research and found out that special characters might cause this. Therefor we deleted the 'ø' in

her name and replaced it with 'oe'. This did solve the issue. There doesn't seem to be anymore special characters, besides

the obligatory @ and . in the email address. We have also deleted her account and resend her an invite to the cloud, which

did not fix the issue either.

Anyone know of a solution?

The status of Photoshop CC in the Creative Cloud has changed to "begin testing" after updating Lightroom CC in Lightroom Classic. Although I have subscribed the CC-Bundle Lightroom and Photoshop for a couple of years and I'm paying for it monthly. How to re-enable Photoshop CC2018?

Stupid question I'm sure. Hopefully easy answer too.

 

I see Photoshop CC and Photoshop CC (2017) on my Cloud list.

I assume CC is more recent, but it's 2017 now so I'm confused. Which one is more recent? Which one should I use?

And why are there two?

Hallo,

ich habe meinen Mac neu aufgesetzt (OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6, imac 27Zoll, Ende 2009, 2,8Hz Intel Core i7, 8GB 1067 MHZ DDR3) und die CS4 neu installiert.

 

Es gibt leider zwei große Probleme:

 

1. mit Photoshop CS4 German Language Pack:  "Adobe Photoshop CS4 German Language Pack Fehler: Error 2". Die Installation in englischer Sprache funktioniert einwandfrei, jedoch wird der Lizenzschlüssel nicht akzeptiert.

 

2. mit Adobe Acrobat 9.0:  Im Reparatur-Setup  "Installation installieren/korrigieren" - bei dieser Meldung bleibt der Mac hängen und es passiert nichts mehr.

 

Ich habe schon soviele Stunden mit diesen Neu- und De-Installationen verbracht.

 

Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?

Hello,

 

I work at a newspaper, and the October 2017 updates haven't appeared in one of my colleague's Creative Cloud app. She still has InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CC 2017 installed, and they are all marked as up to date in her list of apps. When I "Check for App Updates," it doesn't find anything. We've tried uninstalling and re-installing all the software and the Creative Cloud app itself and nothing has worked so far. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.

Launching Audition "one last time" post trial period

I just launched Audition and a pop-up window told me that my trial had expired, but that I can launch the app one final time. If I leave my computer on (disable hibernation etc) and I do not close the app, will it automatically time out eventually? I downloaded the app to learn it, and am now in the midst of a project that I would like to complete and export without buying the software.

Failed to update Adobe CC - NO Error Code

I have been trying to update my main apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom) to the newest version (not sure what version, I just always update whenever there's a notification about an update) - but it keeps failing! This warning box shows up for all 4.

 

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Or know how to fix it?

 

Apologies and thanks a million in advance if this had a simple silly solution that I missed..

 

How can I completely uninstall 2017 apps after 2018 update?

After recently updating to CC 2018, there are now folders for both 2017 and 2018 in the Applications folder and elsewhere on my machine (screenshots 1-3 below).

 

How can I just keep what I need?

 

At first I was going to merely delete all the 2017 folders, but then stoped when I realized that there were both 2017 and 2018 folders and items in other areas too, namely the preferences and caches folders found within the invisible user library folder. I’m sure there must be files in other areas that are referencing the no-longer-needed 2017 applications as well.

 

How can I thoroughly delete all the 2017 files and folders I don’t need?

 

There’s no area within the Creative Cloud application that will allow for complete uninstalls of old applications.

CC thinks my harddrives are network drives

Hey guys,

 

I'm almost fuming at this point after spending quite a few hours I don't have trying to solve this problem.
I tried to install my Adobe apps on a different drive than my C: and it has worked without any issues until yesterday.

 

I did some restructuring in my folders, reinstalled CC and tried to install the apps.
Now it just tells me that my drives are network drives and I'm losing a lot of working hours.
If anyone can help me or need further information, please let me know.
