Creative Cloud Install Issue - Error code: 72 - 2013 Mac Pro - Mavericks 10.9.5

I'm having the same problem.  I'm on a 2013 Mac Pro running Mavericks 10.9.5.  I unfortunately uninstalled all the Adobe CC applications and ran the CC Cleaner tool.  I also used a utility that enabled me to search for files and folders both hidden and visible.  I searched for and deleted anything related to Adobe, Creative Cloud, and Flash from my computer (except for fonts and ColorSync profiles).  I also tried logging in as the "root" user.  None of these have worked and now I'm without any of my Adobe CC applications.

I purchased Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere Elements 4 some years ago and have had them installed on my old laptop until it crashed a few months ago.

 

I downloaded the Photoshop trial but can't activate it using my serial number.

 

How can I activate the program on my new laptop?

Running CC on Windows 7, 64bit. Have run into the "Please log in/You are now logged out" loop before, so uninstalled the CC desktop app, renamed the OOBE file to OOBE_OLD, and attempted to re-download and re-install the CC app. This worked last time, but today every time I attempt to download, it gives me error code 201 and tells me to seek help.

 

There does not appear to be anything pertinent to this issue on the forums already. Any help would be appreciated.

When I tried to update creative cloud it said that I had another installer running (error code: 81) so I closed all windows except for creative cloud and it still didn't work when I tried again.Please help creative cloud error (81).png

Running a Mac with up to date operating system and the 2017 Update won't work. It asks for my admin password which I provide then nothing happens.

Adobe Creative Cloud download on macOS Sierra

Hi I have a macOS Sierra 10.12.5 version.

 

I bought the Adobe Creative Cloud on 17th July 2017 for a month-month membership and I can't install and open InDesign CC, Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC from the Adobe Creative Cloud. I need these 3 softwares to work on my graphic design project asap.

 

Please advice on this matter asap. I have downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat DC and Dreamweaver CC which I really don't need that much for my work.

 

whenever I try to install InDesign CC, Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC on my laptop it says it has been installed successfully and can't open the softwares

 

it says this message for InDesign CC, Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC that has been installed successfully but this message comes up

电脑是装的之前安装过非正版软件,今天中午安装完之后 一会就出现这个提示。点修复之后还是不行 也卸载 也重启 也用过AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

每次安装的时候都是失败 提示这个东西

在互联网上看了下好多人遇到过类似情况 请大神解决 谢谢~

I get when I install error code 44. I looked it up and it did not exist on the adobe website so I tried lots of things like the Adobe CC cleaner but it still didn't work out.

to Brazilian friends, i´d like to write about the steps I done do make it works, in portuguese.

 

Enfrentei uma longa jornada em busca da solução para o erro 201 na instalação do Creative Cloud Destkop.

Durante a instalação, neste ponto:

Ocorria este erro:

Tentei TODAS as soluções propostas, inclusive aqui nos fóruns da Adobe, dentre as quais:

- Desativar firewall, Anti-virus, ambos simultaneamente (olha o perigo!).

- Criar regras especiais no firewall para as diversas soluções apontadas.

- Desativar o wi-fi e conectar via cabo.

- Desinstalar TUDO da adobe no PC (até o Adobe Reader), apagando todas as pastas.

- Criar outro usuário no windows.

- Executar o 'AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool' (apesar de não ter funcionado, achei interessante. fica aqui: https://helpx.adobe.com/br/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)

NADA FUNCIONOU: erro 201 aos 50% da instalação.

 

Para piorar, tentei no notebook da minha esposa (cuja configuração é inferior ao meu VAIO i5) e... FUNCIONOU de primeira no windows 8.1 com firewall e anti-virus rodando normalmente, na mesma rede que a minha. Ai caramba!

 

Já estava no estágio que você está agora, pensando em: a) cancelar a assinatura; b) formatar tudo; c) trocar o computador; d) mudar de profissão e etc.

 

Encontrei a solução depois de muitas (e muitas) horas de pesquisa na própria Adobe aqui: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1847647

 

O que fiz, seguindo as instruções, foi simplesmente:

 

1) abrir a página de download do Photoshop Elements, aqui:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html

 

Não baixar nada, apenas manter a página aberta (?! sim, isso mesmo que você leu)

 

2) Baixar o Creative Cloud Desktop completo em zip, do site da Adobe, aqui:

http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/ACCCx3_0_0_74.zip

 

3) Descompactar o .zip e executar o arquivo Set-up.exe.

 

Pronto! Funcionou. Já baixei todos os aplicativos que eu precisava da assinatura completa.

Lightroom Download stops at 42%?

Hello,

 

My lightroom download stops at 42% on my creative cloud application and I have no idea why!

I looked up some similar situations, and for each situation it says to log out and log back in. However, I cannot log out of my account and have no idea why!

My computer is a Macbook Pro, 2011. It works perfectly fine, but i don't know why lightroom won't download and why im having these problems.

Hello Adobe,

 

I am at my wits end trying to solve this issue regarding expired licenses. I have had this software for over a month and haven't been able to open it yet.

 

In creative cloud, after installing my software, it says "Trial Expired". When I attempt to load the software, Adobe Software Manager gets stuck in a loop attempting to activate my license -> close, reopen and reattempt.

 

I have performed several steps I found online, including signing out, back in, reboots, uninstall and reinstall. Adobe removal tool etc. I Cannot get past this issue.

 

Can you please help me correct this issue?

Stalling at 99%

I have repeatedly tried to install App in CC, but I keep running into the same problem: The install reaches 99% then stalls.

 

When I shutdown and reopen CC it shows that the app has been installed. However, When I try to run it I get a screen asking me sign in (see below) I log in, then I get an indicator that just sits and spins, and nothing else happens. I have tried numerous apps, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. The only one that worked was Acrobat, so not sure what the difference is, but everything else fails.

 

Ive read through the community sections and nothing seems to work.

 

Things Ive tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling

Using CC cleaner

Purging all adobe files from the computer fonts, macromedia files, everything.

Deleting the opm.db file

 

Looking for something new to try.

 

Heres what I am running. Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Intel i7-4500 1.80 Ghz, 8 GB ram,

 

When I get the log in screen, I have also tried clicking not my id, and it takes me to a separate log in screen. I log in, it looks like it tries to load, the screen flashes a few times with something in the background I cannot read and then sits and spins again.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

After Effects saying I don't have enough storage. Help..?

Basically, I don't have enough storage on my primary drive for After Effects so tried changing the location via Creative Cloud drop down menu and preferences. That seemed to work until the Character Design thing and other one downloaded but as soon as After Effects its-self started downloading it crashes at 15% saying I don't have enough storage on a 1TB hard drive with 250GB remaining. Not sure why though. Can't find anything anywhere so came here.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have creative cloud and have paid for the full Adobe Package, I have downloaded Indesign but can't download Photoshop, it installs but immediately disapears from installed list.

Adobe Programs launching in Background

I've had all my adobe CC programs start in the background, the only ones that don't have this  problem are Photoshop, and Illustrator.

 

What I've done so far is reinstall Adobe CC 3 times, including deleting all folders of adobe on my computer located my programs folders, and user folders.

 

And I've still got this issue, Can i get help here

Why are CC apps installed in Creative Cloud Files Folder?

Hello,

 

of late CreativeCloud – totally un-OS X-like – installs CC apps in the Creative Cloud Files folder instead of the Applications folder designated for this purpose by the OS? The upshot being that all the files get synced back up to the cloud uselessly, wasting bandwidth and cloud-space for nought.

 

Does someone have any idea on how to change that permanently back to OS X-normal?
