creative cloud app download

I am currently using a student plan and i have creative cloud on my desktop (windows) and macbook. I went onto my mac today to install my programs. The illustrator program. On the cc it goes from 0% to 99%. I then have a pop up that says it is successfully installed. however, going back to the cc it doesnt say open. it is asking me to install it again.

I have just downloaded the latest version of Photoshop CC (2017) and it won't even open. It says 'Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 has stopped working'. When I click 'Debug' it says 'An unhandled win32 exception occurred in Photoshop.exe [22540].

 

I have tried loading it up holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift to delete the settings file (as someone else suggested) but it didn't fix the problem.

 

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi,

 

I have been wanting to trial Illustrator, InDesign and photoshop before I purchase a yearly subscription. It has allowed me to download the Photoshop and InDesign but not illustrator.

 

I have a brand new MacBook Pro so space and age of laptop shouldn't be an issue?

 

Are there limitations to how many programmes you can trial at once? If so, can I delete Indesign and download Illustrator instead?

Please help

Error code U44M1I210 when installing update  for lightroom  in creative cloud Have tried all suggesting's given in adobe error pages even uninstall Lr 5.15 because I got a messages that no new update was available. After uninstall  and use the cleaner tool and file oobe  restart computer I got first an error code  U44M1p37 try again than the code  U44M1i210

Can't download Indesign CC

I have purchased Adobe Indesign, and when I go to my CC I click download. It says its downloaded after milliseconds, and the tells me it's downloaded. Then it instantly disappears. Therefore I can't download the program I've purchased. I have uninstalled Creative cloud and reinstalled it, this hasn't helped. I can find no direct download links that work either.

I am running MAC Os 10.12.5.

Unable to download Adobe CC Desktop Apps

After logging into to Creative Cloud on the web and clicking Download Apps the apps page loads. Clicking any available download, in this case, Bridge, The page loads the Adobe Bridge page and states at the top "Bridge will install now...". The Creative Cloud apps loads, but has nothing to do with downloading desktop apps.The install of download never starts. I have tried different computers and different browsers. I have removed the opm.db but still the same.

 

Any ideas?

I need to change the language on some apps (for RTL). Are there any links for a full OFFLINE creative cloud app that can be installed on completely OFFLINE Macs?

Please please please.... offline installers that we can download and run.

I have four PCs here all running CC Lightroom and Photoshop. We have a single 8Mbit ADSL connection. Updates are a pain. Having to go around each PC, one at a time, on consecutive days (when I remember) and press the update button and then not able to use or reboot or switch off that PC until it is done is not making you any friends here.

More recently I am stuck in a support case. I've tried to take coffee breaks but I'm told I'm not allowed... policy requires me to sit there and watch whilst your support guys spend HOURS tinckering with my registry and retrying the install. At least yesterday's attempt did download an installer first rather than repeating the download each time like previously. That session still took over 2 hours (download was 1.34 GB) and still you are unable to get Photoshop working. And your support guys insist on marking the cases RESOLVED and closing them and then re-opening a new case for next attempt. Sounds like desperation to push up #CASES RESOLVED numbers to me. That's  what you get when you outsource support to Indian call centres paid for resolutions. And the irony is that I had just renewed our subscriptions for another year days before this happened too.

I am close to giving up on Adobe and switching us to Capture One anyway. After that I don't care what you do with your installers because I won't be a customer any more. I will be expecting a FULL refund on this years subscription though.

Can't Install PhotoShop CC on MacBook Pro

Hello,

 

I am having trouble installing PhotoShop CC on my MacBook Pro. It is a 13-inch, mid 2012 Macbook Pro with a 2.5 GHz Core i5 processor, version 10.11.6, 4 GB 1600 MHz and plenty of hardware space.

 

I can download the .dmg file and open it, and then it asks me to "double click the icon to install". The Photoshop Icon then appears at the bottom of my screen (on the dock), but if I click it nothing happens, so I have been unable to move forward with the installation. If I Ctrl+Click the icon, it says "Application Not Responding". I have tried to delete and restart the installation process several times. I am getting this file from the official Adobe website (I believe it is the free trial). If anyone has any suggestions of knows what the problem is, please let me know! Thank you!

Flash cs6 not appearing in previous versions in creative cloud

Hi,

I had Flash CS6 installed on my system up until yesterday, when I temporarily removed it.  I went to reinstall it today and I simply can't find it in creative cloud.  If I look in previous versions I only see Flash professional CC.  Any help appreciated,

I'm not too happy as I find out I can't buy a copy of Photoshop outright anymore. As an amateur I'm not interested in constant updates and the subscription method ties me in for 12 months and after that I'm forced to keep paying it. I already had a copy of Lightroom however the LR/PS package was the best option.

 

Now, trying to download and install Lightroom I keep getting the following message - Lightroom_Installer.dm error -4960

 

[EDIT] I've just tried installing Photoshop and I get the same error -4960 message!!

 

I've deleted and downloaded the installer several times without getting it to install.

 

Please advise.

Trouble installing Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium

Hello,

 

I've tried search for this question somewhere else but haven't had any luck, also I hope I'm posting in the correct forum. So we're trying to install Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium on a Mac and we keep running into this error.

We've also tried redownloading it and we still had the same error. As well as trying to click on the "Get Adobe Support Advisor" link, which hasn't helped.

 

Would anyone know what to do about this? Thanks in advance!

Hello,


I signed up for the

 

Annual plan, monthly payment

13.00 SGD per month for the photography  plan.

 

on the 21/01/17.

 

I have been using the 2 programme normally until recently.

Suddenly when I was launching it, Screen Shot 2017-07-17 at 8.01.51 PM.png

 

this happened.

I tired reinstalling both programs, signing in and out of adobe cloud. Uninstall and install.

Many times it leads back to this problem.

But when i opened the program, this showed up. it validates, then goes off.. then pops back up again to validate. again and again. without any signs of opening the program.

When I tried to click 'Buy now' , it leads me to my account. buy when I tried to purchase it again. It tells me that I already own the plan.
I have been trying the past 2 hours to solve it by going through the customer problem solving pages but non of them seem to work.

 

I tried all solution 1-5 but to to avail.
Please help me solve this. I have tons of work to do..

I've done everything in this and other posts.  Bottom line, I'm paying a monthly rate to be able to use these apps, and they aren't working.  I'm up late on another project and having to deal with this kind of stuff is not going to make me very confident with Adobe as a long term solution.

 

I even went through your link of install errors, and of course, the error I get is the ONLY one not in the list.  Here is my error:

"FATAL: Error occured in install product workflow with error code 130 error message"

 

Please tell me what I need to do to be able to use PhotoShop.  (I'm getting similar issues with Illustrator btw, but I have got to get PhotoShop running again)
