Ive installed creative cloud but i cant open it. i get this message vcruntime140.dll error message i have windows 10
ive purchased and installed the latest version of creative cloud but get this error message when I try to open one of the programmes.
Have tried using the two answers listed on the forum. udating and reinstalling the file. also tried the other download for windows 10 but it tells me says another version of the product is installed and that installation cant continue that i should add or remove the programme from the control panel.
I'm not very tech savvy...Maybe i'm not doing it right??

Repeated claims by Adobe for free Adobe Photoshop restall farce.
Repeated claims by Adobe to really require verification email for my email address [Email address removed by moderator - please do not post personal details in the public forum] are more farce. Repeated claims that Adobe has sent ANY email to the above account have been more farce. Does Adobe have any intention of really allowing free trial on my computer or is this type of frustration just used as a type of tactic to cause me to pay money that I otherwise not pay?
I do not have time to research online for hours on how to fix this problem. There is no recourse to any customer service personnel within real time at Adobe. If this is not farce, this complaint will be detected within minutes and this problem will be fixed without a demand for me to comply with procedures that are not necessary for any protection of Adobe and which only represent a source of frustration for me.

Getting URI alert when trying to download Photoshop with CC
I hit the download button, get a question about my skill level then get a pop-up that says:
Do you want to allow this page to open “CreativeCloud(URIHandler)”?
I've tried hitting Allow and Cancel and both result in it saying that Photoshop is downloading, but it's not. I have a project that's due, and am hoping someone can help me out. Thanks!!

How do i Fix Error 194:116
Hi,
Sometimes i get this error when start any program from Adobe Creative Cloud. (Indesing, Illustrator and so on)
I have did all steps for troubleshooting without success. The only way to workarround is remove and resintall all programs.
Now my hope; is someone here may help me ?

Downloading PhotoShop Trial
When i try and download photoshop trial it sends me to a page saying im downloading it through the creative cloud app on my mac. it doesnt say anywhere thats its downloading. when i quit creative cloud it says u will be stopping any downloads. can someone help me check if i am downloading photoshop

Downloading previous versions of cc [on OS X 10.7]
I have just subscribed but cannot download anything as my macbook only has mac osx 10.7. technical support said i could download previous versions but only send me instructions to do this once you have already downloaded something - you need to click on the cc icon. This doesn't work for me as i can;t download anything. Technical support has been useless for nearly two hours!!!! Please help.

I find it impossible to install Photoshop in its most recent attempt to update 6/24/2017
Dear Support:
I went to use Photoshop via Creative Cloud late this afternoon, and it would not run. I pulled up the Creative Cloud desktop app, and attempted to update Photoshop 2017 and it got to 87% installed and then failed to install. I decided to uninstall it from my Windows 7 operating system and the uninstaller showed that I had indeed removed it fully. I attempted to re-install Photoshop 2017 via CC, and this time, it would after delaying a few seconds, show 99% installed, and then the open button would appear for about 6 seconds, and then the Photoshop icon would sink back down to the uninstalled app list and the show the "Install" button again. I tried and successfully completed a CC uninstall and re-install, and it will STILL not load. I am out of fresh ideas to make Photoshop work, but I need to use it desperately at this moment, and it is unavailable to me. Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this and to fix it. CC suite download/update problems

I was having issues with my iMac/CC recently with it going slow, not being able to open/update applications, etc. so I deleted all the Adobe apps on my system. Now I have reinstalled CC and it won’t download any of the apps, it goes from 0% to 99% really quickly and says it’s downloaded/installed and the “Open” button is there momentarily, but then it disappears from my “Installed” list in CC and isn’t visible in my applications. Also, it says Photoshop is installed with an update available but I can’t find the application on my system and when I click on “Update” it gets to 73% and stops.

Resolution Issue In components

We have developed a component called anchor link component, below is the functionality details.
- Chapter Navigation Component will allow display of links to content area locations as defined by the Chapter Navigation Anchor Link Component.
- Anchor Links and Link Name will be authored in the Chapter Navigation Anchor Link Component.
- component will scan the current page for anchor links that have be flagged in the Chapter Navigation Anchor Link Component as "Chapter Navigation Eligible".
- The component locks to the top of the browser window.
- The highlighted link in the component changes to match the content area being viewed.
- The anchor section the user is viewing is highlighted with an underline and font color change.
Instead of manual scrolling when i click on the link it points to the appropriate content.
Chapter navigation Component is placed at the top of the page and we will provide the links to it using chapter navigation anchor link component, The main functionality is component locks to the top of the browser window and the highlighted link in the component changes to match the content area being viewed, anchor section the user is viewing is highlighted with an underline and font color change.
Problem the links are getting highlighted at high resolution like 1600*900 but when i go to lower resolutions it is not working as expected, like at 1024 width, when you click on a chapter navigation near the right edge, it selects the nav to the right of it.

At High resolution(1600*900), When i click on Driver Monitoring It is taking me to the appropriate content and The link is getting highlighted.

At Low Resolution(1024) when i click on Driver monitoring it is not taking me to appropriate content and the link is not getting highlighted.
Now I clicked on Driver Monitoring but Radar is highlighted it is happening in lower resolution less tah (1600*900), at high resolution it is working fine.

Installation Failed -Unable to extract files...(EX20)
I just downloaded CC Installer. I am trying to download Photoshop. It looks like it gets all the way to the end of the %bar, then give me the message "Installation Failed - Unable to extract files. Press Retry to download the product again. (EX20).
I've Retried 3 times with the same result. Any ideas?

How do I upgrade my Student Plan without having to cancel my current plan so I can use Premiere?
I purchased the Student Plan for Lightroom and Photoshop but would like to start editing videos as well. I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade my current plan without having to cancel it and getting charged with the cancellation fee. I am currently paying $9.99/month for the previously stated apps but I would like to upgrade to the $19.99/month plan to use Premiere.
