I had purchased the Creative Cloud Design Suite for students a couple years ago, and downloaded it onto my laptop. My old laptop recently died and I had to get a new one. I see answers for transferring the programs by first deactivating them on the old computers first, but my old computer no longer even turns on. How do I get my design suite back up and running an on my new laptop?

I downloaded Animate so my son could try it before deciding if it is worth buying a subscription. The 30 day trial just ran out in 7 days...?
How can we get the full 30 day trail time?
I'd appreciate assistance from Adobe to correct this issue.

So I recently opened Flash CS6, which I use to animate, and i was greeted with this message:
"Please uninstalland reinstall the product... Error: 1"
I then re-downloaded Creative Cloud to uninstall Flash. It started to install until about 5 percent, then it suddenly jumped to 99 percent, and then it just shut off. I've tried to install it several times, but the same thing happened . Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I have downloaded and installed the 7 day trial of Dreamweaver 2017 on the latest version of Windows 10. When I attempt to open it, an error comes up complaining about a missing mfc120u.dll file. All the solutions online seem kinda sketchy, so I was wondering if anyone has a right way to fix it.
Also, is there any way to pause the trial? The 7 day countdown seems to continue, even if I uninstall Dreamweaver.

Each time i try to install adobe photoshop cc 2017 am getting an error message saying i need some updates on my pc first i have tried updating but its not working
the error message comes with error code: C301
For some reason, I'm unable to download PS CC (I have the "photography" subscription that includes Photoshop and Lightroom). Every time I click the download button, all I get is a blank white page and nothing happens. The same happens with Lightroom. I tried different browsers to see if it would help, but no.
What do I do?

I got this after installing a trial of Lightroom CC. whenever i try to download a trial for anything else the install fails. Im trying to install photoshop and premiere pro but the install just fails and says it has 2 fatal errors and says something about exit code 105. I am using a mac with macOS sierra.

I've got a problem, I'm trying to install Creative Cloud for the first time. I'm using Windows 10 Pro, Avira Anti-Virus (free version, disabled) and Windows Firewall reset to default.
The Adobe Installer dialog box opens and shows the download process. This gets to about 45% and shows an error:
We've encountered the following issues:
Installer was unable to create a critical fire/directory. Please try installing again. (Error code: 44)
I have deleted all Adobe related directories in "Program Files", "Program Files (x86)", "%temp%", "%appdata%\..\local".
I've run the program "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe" which opens then closes immediately, assuming there's nothing to clean!?
I have also run the program contained within the "Creative Cloud Uninstaller.zip"
I have also move the "CreativeCloudSet-up.exe" file to the desktop and run it from there.
Any other help will be appreciated

I have just downloaded photoshop cc on my main computer and now want to download on to my laptop but I can't see how to do this.
Nope. Doesn't work for me. Wants to see if I qualify for an upgrade, which I don't, and then it shuts down. This is PS CS3, mind you. I own this product yet I cannot use it. On the other hand I can load LR without any mumbo-jumbo. Why?! Adobe CS/tech support sux.

HI! I made a mistake with a adobe product. Lightroom CC was creating some freezes and I was unable to restart my computer. After forcing quit on my macbook twice I decided to manually delete lightroom from my applications folder. I even emptied my trash folder but now I am not able to install lightroom again from the cloud. In APPS it is still visible and telling me it is up to date but from manage applications uninstall is greyed out. So now I have a laptop without lightroom and I'm not able to install the application. Can you help me?
Bonjour, ou bonsoir, j'ai un problèmes que je n'arrive pas à résoudre et je n'ai trouvé aucune solution nulle part (même ici) : j'essaie de télécharger le creative cloud pour la première fois pour pouvoir installer adobe Illustrators MAIS dès que je lance le téléchargement, la case s'ouvre pis, à chaque fois, un message d'erreur apparaît au bout de 2% de chargement et dit qu'il y a un "problème d’accès à un fichier/répertoire critique qui est survenu au cours du téléchargement. CODE d’erreur 204"..... Je n'en peux plus, j'ai demandé à toutes les personnes que je connaissais et aucune n'a su m'aider. S'IL VOUS PLAIT, AIDEZ MOIII !
My compmpany has Adobe DC. It keeps quitting mid edit of a PDF. when we start the app again, we the message Adobe Application manager is needed to resolve the problem. Will this move the local install to the cloud? I didn't complete the install just for that reason.
The PDFs that are edited here contain customer information.
If anyone could help that would be great.

I've downloaded the 30 day trial for Muse CC and when i try to install i'm getting "Adobe installer has stopped working" and can't go any further.
