I'm trying to download a free trail of InDesign from the Adobe Cloud and in order for me to do this my computer is telling me that I need to download an update "for Universal C Runtime." I already have the prerequisite update 2919355 for the download. However, when I go to search for Universal C Runtime the computer can't seem to find it, it's caught in limbo or something. What would be the hold up?

Hey, i bought a monthly subscription to CC today and Photoshop won't download - I will hit download and the load bar will go from 0 to 99% within a minute and say its downloaded, yet it hasn't.
I prefer answers in Dutch !
I have trouble with free space on my SSD c-drive.
So when i want to update my adobe Creative Cloud APP'S i get an error.
Is it possible to change the update map to another drive ?
What map on c is used to place the update for CC apps in ? I could imagine it's a temperary map, because the apps itself are already stored on another drive. and i also changed the files map.

When I search in Finder for Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
There is no such place on my Mac.
Can anyone provide detailed instructions how to fix this annoying error? My CC programs were all working just fine before the most recent update. This is really annoying. And why does my subscription no longer come with proper customer care? Is there a customer service chat function available?
I have not had photoshop 2017 working since an update was installed from 2015 version of Photoshop in Dec 2016-Running windows 7.
Ive not had time to sort out, but tried to do today: I had looked for an answer on forums; A forum post suggested a cure to my exact same problem-which was to uninstall photoshop and run cc cleaner tool -which I did.
I am the administrator on the computer.
I re installed photoshop again but with no success-the error is the same at stage 91 % of the installation (as before)

I bought a CC membership, received the code and installed CC. I could download InDesign but when I tried to open InDesign I got the following message:

I logged out and when I log in now I can only use a trial version. I followed the help steps but nothing seems to work..

Hi! I'm trying to install the 2017 test version of the Creative Cloud app manager on a Windows 10 x64bit computer. (Actually, i've had this app already installed, but recently i erased everything from the computer and I'm reinstalling).
While installing, it stops and this window pops up:
'Adobe Creative Cloud it's needed to solve the issue. However, it's not founded or it's damaged. Download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud from...'
I've tried several ways to solve this.
- Uninstalling and reinstalled: when I did this i have problems while uninstalling, but I finally did it using 'AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool' and cleaning the register. After that, same error while reinstalling.
- Uninstalling (same problems than before), erasing OOBE folder and reinstalling as and administrator. Same error while reinstalling.
I've no idea what should I do now, every idea would be reeeeaaally apreciated!

I recently deinstalled and reinstalled the CC app after changing my plan. I needed to reinstall photoshop, illustrator, LR and indesign. I was able to get the first three using the CC app. However, now I'm trying to download indesign and it won't work. When I click on the "download" button, it moves up into the "installed" section, and the progress bar goes from 0% to 99% in a second. I get a notification saying the app has downloaded, but it immediately moves back into the "find additional apps" section. I've tried multiple times but this is what happens every single time. I tried downloading Bridge to see if that would work, and it started downloading normally, so this is probably specific to indesign. I also tried downloading it from the adobe website but that doesn't work. I've tried quitting the CC app, restarting my computer- these haven't fixed it either.
Hi, after purchasing 1 year subscription of CCI and download+install of Creative Cloud on Mac, I get this error.
I have no idea how to solve it.
The internet connection is good (actually I tried with 2 different wifi, but still same problem.
I click "HERE" on the first image, but I don't get anything helpful.

I recently got a new laptop. I downloaded the creative cloud on it and downloaded the apps I needed and already purchased on my old IMAC. For some reason it saying start trial and not just install, I have installed the applications but they are only a 7 day trial. When I log onto adobe to see if I have a serial number in my view products it doesn't show my purchase from creative cloud apps. I know that I purchased it because it shows in my bank account taking the money out every month. Why does adobe not show my purchase from creative cloud and how do I fix this to get the trial off my new computer?
Hello! My PS software is still showing 2014 and when I follow directions to update it just sits idle saying it is updating but with no progress. I have the Creative Suite, run on an iMac OS X El Capitan. Any idea why it won't update? Can you set your system to update automatically?

Hi I really would like some help on this one it's a bit confusing,
Everytime I try to install an Adobe Creative Cloud App, (I've tried photoshop, premiere, and illustrator) a message pops up saying error p204.
When I try to just install creative cloud separately error 204 shows up.
I have searched through all the FAQs and past forums none of the solutions can fix my problem.
Also, I cannot even find what these error codes mean, so that could help me solve my problem too.
I have downloaded other adobe programs in the past so I don't understand why there is an error now?
Please help I have tried every solution there is and I just can't get around it, thanks.

I wanted to get the trial version of After Effect to check a work done by a friend on it (and so understand how he made it), but seems impossible. I first tried to install it by the Creative Cloud App (I should precise I'm on Mac, OSX Yosemite 10.10.5), Character Animator CC and Media Encoder CC comes with it, all seems to be good. But when I tried to lunch I got a pop-up message telling "error on Licences Library ; You would have to do the installation again" (was in french so maybe it is not the perfect translation), After Effect shut down (so I never saw the window's software) and it gets me on Adobe's help's pages.
So I uninstalled all, then try to install again. Then the pop-up message doesn't appear but I got a new one, telling there is a problem, giving me the Code Error 16, then close all.
I tried a different way to install After Effect, directly by the trial downloading page on Adobe, but same result.
I just tried to open Character Animator (seems to work but tell me it needs an After Effect licence) and Media Encoder (gives me the same Code Error 16), maybe there's something linked.
Also I tried the solution from Adobe help page, with permission of SLStore and Adobe PCD, but no result.
If you have any clue I would really appreciate it !

Hi I'm trying to download premier from my University's (UCL) creative cloud. An error called CODE:P206 keeps popping up. I already tried adobe cleaner and erasing the app and starting the download again but nothing seems to work. Do you have any advice?
I have updates for cc2017 that have failed.. one being photoshop and the other AI. I tried uninstalling photoshop through the Creative cloud and it didn't properly install on the computer as it's still listed under program files / adobe and when I try to install it it fails because the folder already exists.

I can't delete the folder because even in administrator mode in Windows 10 it says I don't have permission.
So I'm stuck.. I can't delete the folder, I can't install photoshop and when I update Illustrator It says the same thing it fails because the folder already exists.
