I bought one year plan. then i downloaded Photoshop via creative cloud desktop.
after downloaded the photoshop however, when i open it. it showed 7 days left in trail. I really wonder what's happening. cos when i check my visa card. i already paid for monthly service. So any one please explain to me why this happen and what i should do?
I'm running the current version of AdobeCC(2017) and using OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
After about a half days work chrome won't allow me to open new tabs, I can't take screen shots, thumbnail preview's won't generate and preview itself won't allow to quickly view an image or file.
I've found that if I either shut down all the adobe software I'm using it all comes back instantly. Eventually I have to restart completely so this issue will hold off for a period of time.
Anyone have any thoughts to help.

Hi,
There are serious issues of memory and CPU footprint for CC 3.9.1.335 on Mac.
There is no application running, only CC sitting on the top tray.
Almost half GB of RAM taken by obscure Adobe and CC processes (as you can see).
Plus the ever not responding adobe_licutil (sometimes I have 4 or 5 of these).
Even quitting CC most of these processes remain active.
Any suggestion?

I am teaching photography, Lightroom, Photoshop, illustrator and Premier in the country of Republic of Palau.
Their iNet is really slow and off and on.
On my recent trip, I was unsuccessful down loading creative cloud and needed programs. Adobe does not offer DVD disc installers anymore.
So how can I download all of these apps for both PC and MAC which I could install on a flash drive and mail to them the flash drive?
I think the inet would work to signup and pay for a subscription but it does not work to down load Creative Cloud and needed programs?
Do i download the trail version? I only have a MAC will it let me download the PC version. From the trial version can they upgrade to purchase without downloading more?

Yesterday I bought the Adobe® Creative Cloud™ Student and Teacher Edition NUMBER REMOVED. I downloaded the apps managers but I am not able to download illustrator from there. All the apps say ''try'' instead of ''install'' and they don't open, although I bought the version that includes several apps. Can you help me with this?

When trying to install Photoshop I receive the error 160 code. I have checked the registry permissions to ensure full access but it still doesn't work. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I have CC on my work computer for various stuff. I am trying to now download/install Photoshop and Acrobat. The status bar climbs to 6% then hits me with this bad boy:
Upon clicking 'More Information' I get this wonderful thing:
My main drive is a network drive with countless terrabytes available, but my D drive - where all my CC stuff is located - has around 75GB on it (It's an SSD, if that makes a difference).
Now I have another PC next to this one that is absolutely identical in specifications and build set up. It has every single CC program installed and runs like a dream. For some reason that I cannot find, this one just won't play ball.
Anyone here that can help? My companies IT department are absolute horsesh*t.
I installed a number of Adobe programs (photoshop, in design, acrobat, etc.) while having a personal Creative Cloud account through my university. Now, I have a free year-to-year enterprise account through my same university employer. But I'm having trouble accessing the programs through enterprise and get a spinning "trying to validate your license" hamster wheel of death. Should I uninstall my existing adobe programs and start over with this enterprise account?

I have a subscription to Adobe photography plan when i tried to install Photoshop 2017 it is giving me below error whereas i am able to update the previous version and lightroom.

I have tried restarted my laptop several times but no luck.
After I install my adobe indesign it will say it's installed, but then directly go back to the uninstalled apps. I work on a Mac if that helps.
I want to reinstall my adobe creative cloud on my laptop that has been reinstalled to factory settings. The code boxes won't accept my code because i used it for the first installation on my laptop. Does somebody know how to solve this issue?

I paid for my DreamweaverCS3 about 2 years ago and lost my emails they sent me with my registration and now they dont show on THEIR site that in my account that I have any purcheses with them, well why do I have an account they made me set up to get info wioth if they did not add my purches to my account?
That is something that I dont have access to and they do so why the did not add it is my question. And now they say it is my fault not theirs well I'll remove dreamweave and look for another product someplace else and never deal with Adobe again not a satiusfied customer!

I can't seem to download and adobe programs such as Photoshop, Lightroom or Bridge following clean installation of Windows 10.
I get an Error 204 each time I start my download and I don't know how to get past this issue to continue my download. The Adobe Troubleshooting techniques do not address the issue and I can't talk to an adobe technician. Help, what do I do next?
After Effects 2015 no longer supports some of the plugins I need. I see lots of articles talking about how to install previous versions of the software (I need 2014) but the link to look for previous version is missing from my Creative Cloud app on my Mac. I see the other filter options but "View Previous Versions" is not there. I don't normally need previous versions but in this case I do. How can I either get that link back (to initiate this myself) or install AE 2014 directly? Thanks in advance!
I know there are already some threads about it but i cannot find a solution.
I purchased Lightroom, the old way (no monthly subscription, just the full lightroom 6) and installed on my pc. It works well.. the first day. I had to install the CC app on my desktop. And the problems starts here: when i install it and use it, it works fine; when i turn off the pc and start lightroom again it says that i need Adobe Application Manager, and this is missing from my pc (yes, i installed every possible update).
If i open Creative Cloud app it says that is missing or damaged.
i already downloaded Adobe Cleaner, i cleaned EVERY SINGLE Adobe stuff from my pc, i deleted all those folders as said in other threads. But it is still happening.
Now EVERY DAY i have to re-install both CC and Lightroom, and it is super frustrating as it takes a very, very long time.

i'm very sick of doing this.

When trying to update, it throws an error code 82 claiming that adobe application manager is running. What is that and how do I close it in order to continue to the update?

Hello. I am a PC user, and I am trying to resolve an issue with installing the download links listed on this page. When I try to run the setup, I get the message listed in the subject.
I initially tried to download the products from the Creative Cloud Desktop App, but while the download would start, it wouldn't finish entirely due to an error (I don't exactly remember the message). I ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, installed the Creative Cloud Desktop App, and tried running the download again. But it didn't work.
And so now, I've finished trying to manually install them, and this is where I am at now.
Can someone please help me out?
