Installing CC Photography plan (Lightroom + Photoshop) on multiple computers
Hi,
Before I actually commit to signing up for CC Photography, I want to understand if it really fits my use case. I've got the trial version installed on my laptop and my phone and the sync capability seems great. However, the next level is important. That is, I need to also be able to install Lightroom and Photoshop on my desktop computer as well. I want to have the same image organizing/editing capability both when I'm at home on a 27" screen and when I'm travelling on a tiny laptop screen.
Does the CC Photography plan allow me to install the apps on both computers?
Poor bandwidth, Disk Options?
I am a long time user of Photoshop (since version 3.0 in 1993), and hesitated going the cloud option (last disk version was CS5) because here in Alaska the internet sucks eggs if you are not living in a metropolitan area. All of the rural area's here have limited or no internet (even 12 miles outside of Fairbanks). So that being said, I signed up for CC yesterday in the hopes that I could either get Disks from Adobe, or have some direct links that I could download the content at a location with better internet. But thus far I have not found such links for CC 2015.5. So I am asking if there is a way to send out disks to paying customers who have similar issues? If not, can you provide some direct download links so that paying customers such as myself can access the content at another location, to copy to a thumb drive/burn disk to take back to install on home system? I use Mac at home, and have a PC laptop that I can download the content too. I hope other options are available, or I will have to cancel my subscription.

Why is the Adobe Creative Cloud Connection speed so SLOW?
Why is the Adobe Creative Cloud Connection speed so slow? On my relatively fast broadband connection, I can usually download 100mb apps within a matter of minutes.
I have been trying to download 8 adobe apps via the creative cloud installer for nearly a whole day. So far Adobe Fireworks is the only app that is fully downloaded and that took about 7 hours. So at this rate it will probably take ALL WEEK to get through Premiere and After Effects !
This is utterly disgraceful. Please, please sort your servers out, Adobe!
Unable to install Photoshop trial
Hi there,
I'm having trouble installing Photoshop trial version.
I'm using mac os El Captain, I've tried all the steps and information you can find here to solve the problem (reinstall / cleaner tool / different user), but it still doesn't work.
I can't find anything usefull for Exit Code: 105 or the Error or Fatal.
I tried installing Lightroom to see if another app works and had no trouble there. Installed straight away.
Help! Please!

Creative Cloud don't want to install
Hello Community,
yesterday I wanted to install the Adobe Creative Cloud. I downloaded the "CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe" and I started. I accepted the "user account control" but then nothing happens. I installed the setup again and again but nothing happens. Also the task manager don't show me something with Adobe or Creative Cloud.
Can somebody help me?

Reduced Functionality.
I renewed my subscription adobe creative cloud, even charged to my credit card my account continues as expired, can only install the programs with reduced functionality.

I have spend 2 days now on trying to install adobe creative cloud and it still does not work...
I have tried every solution from the troubleshooter section and still nothing
I use windows and the message I get after installation of creative cloud is as follows:
Tried installing/uninstalling
used uninstaller from adobe web and it unistalled software with errors
I cannot delete any files manually from programme files as it tells me access denied
I have even tried restoring the system but still nothing....
Please help...
Installing Creative cloud apps on a second computer
I had a computer crash last month . . . my hard drive failed. So my primary machine is down. I do have another computer but its older (MS Vista) . . . can I temporarily install my adobe apps on my vista machine until I get a replacement computer with the latest OS.
Lightroom CC won't open
I see from the forum that this is an issue. Maybe Adobe will notice and work up some sort of fix. I was able to download LR CC and it does show up in launchpad and it is on my computer, but when I try to open it, it acts like it is going to open, but then shuts down. No error message or freezing, etc. It just shuts down. Any word from Adobe yet? Has anyone found a fix for it?
Trying to re download lightroom 5 after computer crash
Okay so, i purchased Lightroom 5 from a store and downloaded it on my laptop a few years ago. Recently in the last year my laptop crashed and whipped my whole hard drive (insert sad face). I still have the email confirmation with my serial number and everything but when i try to put it in on adobe it doesn't work ?
Creative Cloud Manual Download
Straight on to the point :
I want to instal some applications on my workstation, problem is my wifi connection currently is too slow for the download to successfulluy finish.
Is there a way to manually download it without creative cloud cancleing the download every single time due to slow internet connection?

All Creative Cloud Applications are Not Responding
Hi! I am working on an iMac running the latest El Capitan software. I update all of the CC applications the moment I receive a notice. My problem began when I tried to update Lightroom. The process took about 25 minutes and in the end, I got a message saying the update failed. I tried again and it the update never got out of the "waiting" mode in the CC desktop window. Thinking this was the problem I went through the process of uninstalling Lightroom. After, I tried to open Photoshop, InDesign and then Illustrator and would get the "application not responding" message. I then went through the process I found on this site of how to uninstalled and then reinstall the CC Desktop Application. Once I did that, I was able to open Photoshop, however it was VERY slow to open and the program was not responsive at all to anything I tried to do. I closed the program, tried to open it again and again, the applications are not responding. Can someone please help? I have not been able to use my programs in almost a week.

I am trying to update on my iMac the following apps:
- Photoshop CC (2015.5)
- After Effects CC (2015.3)
- Muse CC (2015.2)
- Ilustrator CC (2015.3)
but I get always an Installationerror:

Fatal: Failed to open PIM database.
I used the Adobe Cleaner Tool … but it gives the same result.
I tried to delete the pim. files manually, but it persists. Is there a better way?
The update to InDesign (2015) worked without problems …
Creative Cloud Installer won't open.
Ok, I downloaded Creative Cloud today and I've unistalled it in the past and the issue is that I can't start the installer is so I looked though the error logs.

CC 2015 - won't install on Mac OSX10.9.5
I have a CC account and went to install CC after having removed it previously as PS and LR would not update. I used the Adobe Creative Cloud Uninstaller which ran but with errors (don't know what errors or where the log file is)
I then downloaded and ran the latest Creative Cloud Installer
This opens a dialog with a progress bar (Initializing) but as soon as it starts to say 'downloading Creative Cloud Desktop' it immediately closes.
I have disabled all firewalls and checked the HOSTS file etc and nothing is blocking anything
Please help
Is there a direct download location maybe that I can force download it?

How to relink the backup after installing new hard drive?
I have a new hard drive. I have my edits backed up in a file but need to know how to relink those edits in the back up file with the photos. Anyone?
Computer not taking updates. Can't install CC
I found out only after purchasing the product that my computer's update center is corrupted and therefor I can't actually install the product. Reason being, I'm operating on windows 8.1, so I can't do the necessary update needed to run it, and I couldn't upgrade to window 10 because it was considered an update as well. I am still trying to fix the issue, but I didn't know if there was any way to cancel my subscription without having to pay the remaining months, where I haven't even been able to use the product, and it's unlikely I will be able to for a while.
Would a tablet (Cintiq Companion 2) count as a device in my plan?

Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this. I am hoping to get a Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 tablet in the near future, and I was thinking about getting it set up. I already have Photoshop installed on a PC and a Macbook Air. I was wondering if I would be able to install Photoshop on the Cintiq Companion 2 or not, since I already have two devices activated in my Creative Cloud plan. It's kind of in a grey area between mobile devices and computers, so I just wanted to ask to make sure.
In addition, if I do have to sign out of another one of my devices, how easy is it to sign back in? I might just deactivate my laptop and sign into it if I need it.
