Cloud screen completely blank
Screen is completely blank with no options. It has been like this for a month, I last did updates a about 2-3 months ago and it was fine. Literally hell trying to contact someone at adobe. This is the best option I have after clicking through link loops for about an hour. NOT HELPFUL.

I just downloaded Creative Cloud and I supposed to access Photoshop and Lightroom, but it doesn’t, because the downloader says that Lightroom is updated and I can’t open it.

Cant download any apps on Creative Cloud
Every time i try to install an apps like Adobe Premiere or after effect from Creative cloud, i get this error http://puu.sh/qjgZn/a1ba1b0fd9.png and i dont know that to do. Im on an alienware computer with windows 8. Does someone know what can i do, to be able to download any programs?

Hello, I currently own Adobe Illustrator along with a ton of red Adobe Installers, Launchers, and Extensions.
I am planning on buying the student package with all the Adobe apps, should I remove all Adobe files from my computer before purchasing?
Ps- Will this affect my saved works from Illustrator?

Can't install the software, unexplained error keeps appearing
Hi.
I'm trying to install my Creative Cloud software, but when starting the installation, it gets stuck in this stage:
After a few minutes of this, I get this:
An unexplained error, no code, nothing. I have no idea where to start, can someone solve this?
NOTES:
1. We're talking about an iMac, 5K 27', Late 2014.
2. Runs OsX El Capitan.
3. I can't "Repair Disk Permissions", because Apple have removed this option from El Capitan.

sorry, but this is my last attempt with adobe after 25 years.
- update of »adobe creative cloud client« failed with the usual 1001, 1002, 1003 …
- tried all solutions like deinstalling, cleaning, rereinstalling …
- opened up firewall etc.
- finally i'm not able to clean install the client (installer shuts down when download starting)
- the »chat«-option is not linked so i'm here.

If I pay for muse adobe why I still have the free version
I downloaded Muse and pay for it and I cant use muy payed version im still on the "free" I wish I had one, it is very expensive. You should sell not rent I work with this programs. Im very annoyed that I have to pay next month because this month I have to use your "free" trial and pay again.

I have a Creative Cloud ID and I need to install the softwares on a second notebook , but the options that are offered are: installing the trial version or purchase the products.
But I do not want to buy, because there is the possibility to install on two computers with a single ID .
I use Windows 10 .
I have already installed the trial version
I tryed to get a solution in other chat, but I didn't obtain an usefull answer and I can't get in touch with Adobe staff.

How do I rollback a CC 2015 program to an earlier version?
I need to revert my AE to v13.7.1.6
I found a help article from 2014 talking about how to do it, however the options are no longer in Adobe CC (at least on PC)
