I recently updated both Lr and Ps CC 2016 and my photoshop and they both don't work can you help please?

Lightroom only has a grey box when it opens and photoshop doesn't open at all.

 

They were fine until I made the recent update and I need to use these on a daily basis so I am in need of help?


Getting a download error under the Apps tab in the CC desktop App.

I've scoured the internet, checked all the forums done everything I could find and yet still no solution. I've removed the temp adobe files, signed out, signed back in. Software and everything works but the CC App won't show me current status or updates of all the software. It is an Enterprise account and I found out our IT department was blocking all Adobe updates so I had them remove the block for me and still nothing.

 

I get a message that says

 

Download Error. Press Retry to Try Again Or Contact Customer Service Support (-7). I can't find any reference to error code -7. Please help!

Fatal Error 143 When Installing & Updating

I went to install Adobe Illustrator today and I noticed there were some new updates. I tried installing Illustrator first and I got the error below. I tried updating Bridge, Premier Pro, and Media Encoder and got the same error. I have searched everywhere and I can't find a solution. I have given it Administrator privileges, disabled all Antivirus, Firewall, etc...I have also restarted my computer. Nothing is working. I had no issues prior to this update. I am using the Creative Cloud Desktop App on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Please help me. I have an urgent project to complete. Thank you.

hello , the procedure described  didn t work to me and I get the same 1002 error. I followed the procedure indicated, unistalling, cc cleaner , installing as per link etc etc but I got same error. I have also tried to update it in safe mode but it didn t work. I have also tried to clean the AManager , OBE foles etc etc but again, same 1002 error. I hope someone has an idea of I can overcome this. The Log I have ( last attempt) shows this:

 

Mac os X yosemite, firewall disabled, connection via cable.

lightroom 6 and lightroom cc update problem

i bought a a copy of lightroom 6 originally, since i have purchased creative cloud cc but am have issues updating lightroom ! is this due to the original lightroom 6 and how do i get around it

Hi,
I bought a copy of Lightroom 6 in a store a couple of months ago and it has been working on my desktop fine, yesterday I bought a laptop and am now trying to put it onto it but I have put the codes in and everything was looking good but it downloaded Creative Cloud, not Lightroom. I opened Creative Cloud, went to where the programs are, it does list Lightroom but has it as the CC version and not Lightroom 6. It has started doing another download to download Lightroom CC and I don't know if I should let it because I don't want Lightroom CC because I do not want to start paying monthly when I have already bought the program. This seems a bit more complex than I thought it was going to be, something's changed since I did it last time (which does happen often, I'm not always the sharpest on updates).

 

Is Lightroom 6 still valid? Should I let it download CC?

Creative Cloud plan renewed, yet unable to use the subscription

I've encountered the issue of renewal problem, the transaction on 7 June 2016 is successful yet the CC keep saying I need to renew the subscription. I've been contacting Adobe chat representative 3 times and contact support 2 times during this 2 months and no one contact me at all, even they've promised their technical team will contact me in 24-48hours every single time.

 

Now my trials are all over too and I couldn't use any of the softwares, which is affecting my business. Could anybody help?

Problem with the testversion of Adobe Premiere

Hello Guys,

 

im quite new to the whole creative cloud thing, and yesterday i wanted to test adobe premiere. So i downloaded the creative cloud first and in the application i downloaded premiere and the application told me that its installed now. But there is no button to open it. here is a picture from it :

I was trying to update CC but I couldnt so Ilooked up and it said that it was recommended to desinstall and the install again the program but is no working. Now it shows up that there's problems with the file's download. error code 72. Please help!

Creative Cloud desktop download stuck

Hi all

 

I just signed up for the Creative Cloud photography package and the installer is just stuck at around 40%.  I have no error message or anything, it's just hanging there and it won't even let me stop the download to restart it either.

 

Any ideas?

When Creative Cloud launches it opens up blank with just the heading Creative Cloud in white text on black background. No apps are displayed.

My Windows 10 computer meets all the minimum requirements for Creative Cloud apps and I have reinstalled Creative Cloud several times with same result. All FAQ seem to relate to pre-windows 10 and/or involve hacking windows settings which I am not comfortable with. It cant possibly be this hard otherwise no one would use CC apps.

Trouble on installing Adobe CC on Win7-System

It is now quite 24 hours, since I am trying to install this ...... product on my notebook.

 

Already I am tired of trying, read the error logs, manually add folders, and repeatedly change access permissions... It REALLY sucks!!! We are talking of a product for nearly 1000 bucks a year, and cannot be installed simply by using an installation routine??? What the hell is this crap???

 

I don*t want to become an IT-nerd by google every singel error code. I just want to install my legally purchased copy of Adobe CC.

The error codes appear in a row of numbers: 143, 184, exit code 7... ba ba ba...

 

 

Back to seriousness... What did I do?


Win 8.1, 4x3.8 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB free space on system partition
- download Adobe CC-Client
- started client as administrator
- click install next to Photoshop
- waiting...
- receiving error message, and reading it
- going into the specified folder c:\program files\Adobe\ and creating MANUALLY the folder "Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5"  (WHY THE HECK IS THAT NECCESSARY?)
- repeat installation
-wait
- recieving error message, reading it
- going into specified folder c:\program files\Adobe\Adobe CC Photoshop CC 2015.5\  creating new folder "Required" (WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS?)
- restart installation
-wait
- finally succeeding

 

Same procedure on my notebook - BUT WITHOUT any success...

Win7, 2x2.1 GHz CPU, 4 GB Ram, 350 GB free space on systempartition
- Error message keeps coming:
Fatal: Error (Code = 184) executing in cimand "MoveFileCommand" for package: "AdobePhotoshop17-core_x64" version 17.0.0.88
WARN: Unable to move file at .....  to c:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5\opencd_highgui249.dll Error 32 the process cannot access file , because it is already in use. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin  has rights to modify it.

I changed the user rights as well as the NTFS rights three times to the requested options, and restarted the system... But it still keeps telling me the same issue...

 

Exciting counter fact: Lightroom installation worked out fine! How is that coming????

 

Next step to solve is: My library cannot be initialized, due to some problems... BUT WHICH ONES??? I tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool, also the Limited Acces Repair Tool 1 All, but I could just fix the update issue. The library still remain inaccessible... Neither on PC, nor in Lightroom on Laptop.

 

Any ideas, how to solve this? A whole weekend wasted on installing Adobe CC ... In this time I could have finnished the project already. I am much more then just angry... If only I could I would use different products instead. But I am stuck with this stuff, I am afraid.

When I try to install the CC desktop I get a message:

'Adobe Creative Cloud , required to solve this problem on is damaged or missing . Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud again through ' http://adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp '

 

Redo the CreativeCloudSet -up does not help. removing the app with the Creative Cloud Uninstaller gives no result. I also tried to remove all of the Adobe files with the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.

 

I had a working CC but had a crash caused by a virus . Many files , including those of CC have been removed.

 

What is the problem?

I downloaded the InDesign trial.  In my CreativeCloud Apps screen it shows open.  I clicked the open button which launched and Adobe licensing screen (PDApps).  For some reason it isn't registering.  Sending me to my subscription manager to renew.  I am not trying to renew, I am trying to use the trial.
