I know this is an old discussion thread but I'm having the same problems described and multiple attempts at uninstalling the cc desktop app, running the cleaner tool and reinstalling are not solving it. During the reinstall of the cc desktop app I get error code 50 time and again.
All of this started because I was trying to update Adobe Premiere and getting a different error code there and none of the suggested solutions for a failed update were working so I then did the last resort of uninstalling the cc desktop app. Now I can't reinstall premiere because I can't get the desktop app reinstalled.
I did all the steps suggested on several of these forums, including repairing my Microsoft Visual C++, which has been a problem in the past for Adobe updates.
I'm running Windows 10. Please help I've been trying to solve this for weeks.

Hi Abhijit,
I tried to delete that folder, enable to login but when download the application eg. DW and try to install it have the same message, open different cases but without solution....uninstall the CC with cleaning tools, create a new user for avoid further conflict but same result....(under the Windows 7 Pro 64)....I am annoyed for this strange behaviour and deciding to disable my subscription to Adobe CC products. Any further idea for fix this issue??

Cannot cancel month-to-month plan!
I cannot cancel my month-to-month PhoneGap Build subscription. I have followed the instructions at (Cancel your Creative Cloud membership) and the only option available is to use the forums. I am *not* on the list of countries that need to contact support directly, however I do not have a direct cancel function from my account.
Please cancel my plan.

Erro 1: Creative cloud unable to install
I'm really, really REALLY sick of getting this message!!!
I'm a prospective custumes of Adobe Creative Cloud and i am not even able to install this s* on my computer to use the trail!!!
There is no means of contact besides this forum which i find greatly offensive, Adobe should treat their prospective custumers better!!!!!! MUCH BETTER
I have tried to install the adobe creative cloud several times on my windows 8, i have tried every kind of suggestions you may think of that i've found online.
I followed the guidelines on adobe help pages, didnt help at all (i've installed the adobe clean tool and ran it more times than i can count)
I've searched a huge ammount of forums regarding this problem, nothing seems to solve it.
What pisses me off is that i really need to make it work because there is no other tool that is as good as the ones from adobe, maybe that's the reason why they think they can not give enough or at all support for their prospective costumers!!!
I need someone to guide me and help me fix it asap!

Unknown Error (Error code P1)
Hi Adobe Staff,
I also have an error when installing the CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe file. I click to install and nothing happens, even when my administrator tries to install.
Then I tried to install Photoshop using the Photoshop_Set-Up.exe file, and after I log in, I get this error:
Sorry, installation failed
An unknown error has occurred. (Error Code: P1)
I have tried all of the above solutions, and am still in the same situation.

Trying to download Encore CS6 from Creative Cloud. My Creative Cloud app won't show all previous versions of apps.
I am trying to download Encore CS6 from the Creative Cloud. When I filter the apps to show previous versions of the programs, "Edge Animate CC" and "Gaming SDK" are the only apps that pop up. I'm assuming there are many more previous versions of apps that should pop up, including Encore CS6. I just updated my Creative Cloud app. My co-workers also have updated their CC app, but they are able to download Encore CS6 just fine from the "previous versions" filter. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Photoshop CC 2017 application components
Hey Folks!
Expert Photoshop/Windows user with 20+ years experience...lately had login issue trying to get update and Adobe chat could not resolve.
Decided to delete all versions of anything CC related - and that was big struggle.
Running latest Windows 10 with 6 month old custom PC.
Now was able to do direct download of Photoshop CC 2015 and can open & run. Can also run Lightroom CC and Bridge 2015.
Direct download of CC 2017 gives this error:

CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe fails to load, returns error code 48
As the title says.
Following a support representative's advice I deleted the contents of my %temp% folder and deleted the opm.db file.
I then rebooted (unfortunately my computer had some problems and I lost contact with the support representative) and tried to re-run CreativeCloudSet-Up with exactly the same result.
I have repeated the steps above with no luck. The program always returns error code 48, a critical file/directory can't be accessed.
Any ideas? Thank you.

U43M1D206 Eorror Downloading LR from Creative Cloud.
Hi,
I have been a CC user for a couple of years using the same computer and have received several updates of LR and PS without issue. However, the most recent updates have failed to download/install over the course of the last several days. For LR I am getting the U43M1D206 error. the only anti-virus software I have on my machine is Windowns Defender. I have automatically updates turned on in Windows so my OS shound be up to date.
Any suggestions?

Unable to update photoshop cc 2017
I cannot update photoshop cc 2017. I get a message that states "Update Failed" The specific error stated "UPdate Failed Unable to move the file. Rename the file and then try again."
