Free Trial Download Link Not Working

When tying to download Creative free trial on PC I get this screen:

 

Since InDesign is a desktop app, you can tap the button below to send a link to the application installer via email which you can then open on your desktop or laptop computer.

 

I then enter my email address, and receive the email which has this link:

 

https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/indesign?promoid=CZY722MQ&mv=other

 

Bringing me back to the origional sceen. Its a never ending cycle, what do I do?


Downloading Creative Cloud issues

I have started a paid subscription for Creative Cloud and have installed it - but when i try to install/download particular apps from the cloud it gives me the option to download but then never actually downloads.

 

I need these apps on my computer but cannot access them and have paid for them.

 

What can i do?

I know there are already some threads about it but i cannot find a solution.

 

 

I purchased Lightroom, the old way (no monthly subscription, just the full lightroom 6) and installed on my pc. It works well.. the first day. I had to install the CC app on my desktop. And the problems starts here: when i install it and use it, it works fine; when i turn off the pc and start lightroom again it says that i need Adobe Application Manager, and this is missing from my pc (yes, i installed every possible update).

 

If i open Creative Cloud app it says that is missing or damaged.

 

i already downloaded Adobe Cleaner, i cleaned EVERY SINGLE Adobe stuff from my pc, i deleted all those folders as said in other threads. But it is still happening.

 

Now EVERY DAY i have to re-install both CC and Lightroom, and it is super frustrating as it takes a very, very long time.

 

EVERY DAY.

 

i'm very sick of doing this.

 

what can i do?

How do I download CC (adobe photoshop) from Windows 7 to new computer with Windows 10

I purchased a new Dell computer with Windows 10.  My old computer has Windows 7.  I want to download the program on to the new computer, but don't want to mess up the program that I pay for every month.  How can I do this?

Installing Updates: Stuck at 0%

I've talked to Adobe support numerous times about this and I cannot get a solution from them whatsoever. Extremly frustrating as I cannot get any updates for my apps.

 

Basically, when I get a notification of an app update, I click update and the progress remains at 0% and never begins. I am able to log in under a dummy user accout (Mac OS 10.8.5) and install the updates, but that is a hassle and shouldn't be the way to accomplish this. I believe it is a permission issue, but I can't figure out why or how to fix it. I've uninstalled all apps, ran the cleaner tool, renamed files under /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ and ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ (per other forum instructions), etc. and nothing fixes the problem.

 

Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening? Has anyone had this same problem and found a fix?

 

Worst part of this whole thing...there is no other way to get an update besides using Creative Cloud Desktop.

Creative cloud desktop removed itself this morning, has there been an update?

Not sure what has happened but adobe cloud removed itself today. I have since reinstalled it but why did this happen?

I have photoshop cc and lightroom running on my I mac. Through a creative cloud subscription.

Can I also download same programmes for a windows 10 laptop? without adding another subscription?

Update Adobe CC problems.jpgfollowing the help from kglad yesterday I managed to uninstall PS CS6 much appreciated.

But still got the same issues with waiting and installation failed how do I go about solving these without any technical backup?

Not impressed!!

it does exist for me, but i have no idea why it keeps saying that. the only thing i dont have is the uninstall product.app in the uninstall folder.

Indesign lässt sich nicht instalieren...

Indesign lässt sich aus irgend einem Grund nicht bei Creative Cloud installieren.

Bei allen anderen Apps klappt es reibungslos.

Ich habe sicher gestellt das die App auch meinem Mac deinstalliert ist.

Es zeigt sich nach dem Anklicken der App das es heruntergeladen wird, geht bis 99% und bricht dann ab ...

... keine Fehlermeldung oder des gleichen.

 

Könnt Ihr mir helfen ?

I'm on Windows 7 and can't re-install Creative Cloud because of Error Code 1. I've run the uninstaller as admin and deleted OOBE folders.

 

Reinstalling windows is not an option for me, presently.

Downloading freezes LR & PS

I've been trying for days to get Lightroom & Photoshop downloading on my

newly built desktop windows 10.

 

Many times both installs freeze in the middle of it and I'm forced to shut the computer down.

After FINALLY getting them to install, after having the program open for 5-10 minutes, it again freezes up.

This has happened countless times....

I've already done the "Adobe cleanboot" thing, and that did no good, I felt it caused more "error" messages in fact.

I want to take my computer back in to get looked at but I feel it is Adobe's issue, not the PC.

Has anyone else had these issues? I am at a loss and I need Adobe to fix this!


Can't download recent updates of apps

Can anyone help?

 

I can only seem to download 2015 versions of the apps. I want up to date software as I can't open files that were made on a newer version.

 

I've reinstalled creative cloud manager and refreshed the 'check for app updates' but still no progress.

I have ab Adobe Creative Cloud account on my Windows laptop.  I just bought an iMac desktop.  Do I need to cancel my other app and download new or can I just transfer?  I do not want or need both?

I just upgraded to 2017 CC. All my programs work except Muse. It reads "start trial". Has anyone else run into this?

I wants to uninstall Premier, yet it showed that I had to update creative cloud first. So I did it, but found the progress bar stuck in 90%. Now I uninstall neither cloud nor premier. Totally lost in this poor software.....
