Creative Cloud will only install on C: drive

I downloaded CreativeCloudSet-up and started it. I never got the option to choose where I want the program installed, it automatically installed on my C: drive. Due to running a PC with a SSD and a HDD I want the program installed on my HDD since it has a lot more space on it. Someone in another thread meantioned to let Adobe Cloud install on my C: drive then press the gear in the top corner, then preferences and then move it to where I want it, but that didn't work either.

I need help with getting the Creative Cloud set up to install onto my D: drive and then keep installing my other programs there aswell as my work. So far it won't do that and I don't have the space available on my C: drive.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I have windows 8.1 and it says that it has the newest update, but last update was 2015. So I installed the newest one and Premiere Pro 2017 still won't install. Please help!!!

Hi there, I have been paying Creative Cloud since December last year, I mainly needed AE, but Premiere would be great to have rather than just use the university computers for that. I can only use CS6 on my laptop, when I downloaded AE my options were different. After a couple of months I tried to download Premiere but since then I don't have a "View Previous Versions" option, I can only "Try" Premiere CC, no option to install it but I'm still paying?? So the only thing I can use is AE at the moment, because I can't download any previous version's apps anymore. I wonder how I get in touch with these guys to solve this or if anybody knows what is going on? Thank you so much!

Hi!

 

I would like to know how to try the 15 days InDesign for free without interrupting the service after those 15 days, if I would like to continue with it.

 

On the other hand, this is for the company I am a shareholder myself. Shall I create another kind of account or is this one ok, please?

Conflicting Chrome browser and AdobeCC issues

I'm running the current version of AdobeCC(2017) and using OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

 

After about a half days work chrome won't allow me to open new tabs, I can't take screen shots, thumbnail preview's won't generate and preview itself won't allow to quickly view an image or file.

 

I've found that if I either shut down all the adobe software I'm using it all comes back instantly. Eventually I have to restart completely so this issue will hold off for a period of time.

 

Anyone have any thoughts to help.

Hi,

 

I have been having troubles too lately, not able to start Creative Clouds. Uninstalled it. Now i can't even reinstall it anymore (error 1) Not great when you need to deliver work Windows 10 here.

 

I tried the failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop process as well, no luck!

Creative Cloud 2017 - stuck at validating license

I can sign in to my Creative Cloud manager but when I initiate Photoshop a box comes up that says validating license spins for a few min and then disappears, only to reappear again. I have uninstalled it and used the cleaning utility but nothing seems to work.

Hi, after purchasing 1 year subscription of CCI and download+install of Creative Cloud on Mac, I get this error.

I have no idea how to solve it.

The internet connection is good (actually I tried with 2 different wifi, but still same problem.

Creative Cloud App won't install Premiere/Apps

Hello, I just purchased a Premiere Pro after trying the Trial version (which worked flawlessly.)

 

Adobe Cloud App shows Premiere Pro as an option to install. Upon installation (which also loads Adobe Encoder,) immediately after installation the Cloud App states that nothing has been installed. No error codes, nothing.

 

Currently running 64bit and 24gb's of ram on Windows 8.1, running as Admin.

 

I am unable to force delete program from control panel, to reinstall.

 

I have reinstalled Adobe Cloud App itself.

 

In preferences, I am online; on Adobe Cloud, Premiere is active and am able to make changes to account.

 

Despite all of this, I am unable to download Premiere.

 

Any options anyone can recommend? TIA.

Hi I have been using the creative cloud and just got a new computer. I am uncertain on how to download my existing apps onto the new computer. It keeps bringing me to the purchase page, but I have already purchased them previously.

Hello, I have the adobe package for students, I need to reboot my computer and still be able to reinstall the programs I use as a student of design. Is it possible to reboot windows 10 and keep adobe programs?

New PC in near future .. so asking in advance.

 

Do you just specify a drive ... like E or does does it need a drive and folder .. like E:\adobe to do the product installs?

 

In other words, if just E is specified, will the installer find drive E and then create the correct folder(s) on the specified drive?

Hello,

 

I want to install my creative cloud apps in a other folder. Therefore I changed the settings for the app-directory in the creativ could manager to drive D: but creativ could manager says during installation "not enought space on drive C".

 

How can I install my cc apps on drive D ?!?

Latest Photoshop version "deleted" my Nik Plug-ins

I recently updated my CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I had Nik Collection Plug-ins which were accessible through Filters in PS but with the new update they are gone. I can still get to them in Lightroom. How can I get them attached to Photoshop CC again?

Every time I open Creative Cloud, it tells me that CC needs to be updated, with bug fixes in the new installation. After it finishes updating it doesn't allow me to download the trial. When I go to the download page on Safari (https://creative.adobe.com/products/photoshop) and click "Download trial", it takes me to Creative Cloud but does nothing.
