Try to install "XDCC-9.1.12_nl_NL_WIN_64" getting the following error:

Any idea how to solve this? I cannot install the update on any windows 10 computer.

Up to version XDCC5.0.12_nl_NL_WIN_64 never had such porblem.

Creative Cloud Desktop App - Slow Downloads

Anyone else experiencing very slow downloads while using the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

 

With the recent updates to many CC apps, I was attempting to perform the updates using the desktop app, but after a couple of hours, only one app had been updated. I thought it could be my PC so, I performed a complete reset and reinstall of Windows 10.

 

After the reinstall, I am now simply trying to download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop App, but it has been sitting at 5% for over 30 minutes. Very frustrating. There is no issue with my internet connection, as I am able to access other sites with no issue.

 

Anyone else experiencing this type of crazy slowness?

I've been trying for 3 days to download a Photoshop trial. Adobe Installer asks for permission to run, but then stops working within a couple of minutes. I get a 'Windows is looking for the problem' message and then 'A problem has caused....'

 

I've hunted for solutions all over the internet, and tried every suggestion, including the one above, with no luck. Can anyone help please before I go crazy?

How to download a specific version of Premiere Pro?

I need to download the same version of premiere pro on my own laptop as we have in our office so that they will be compatible. Currently on my laptop I have an older version but want to update it to Premiere Pro v.11.1.2. In the 'Other versions' tab I can only see the most recent version of 11.1.4- is it possible to download the exact same version? If not is 11.1.4 wholly compatible with 11.1.2?

Hello

I have problem with install Photoshop 2018 in win 7

when I start for install tell me your creative cloud is not compatible with the installer and etc etc. then give me error 188 when I open more info say my creative cloud ver is 4.3 and I must download ver 4.4 so I went to adobe help and follow all stuff and my creative cloud with orders update and have last ver visual c ++ too but I still not allowed me to start download just say your create cloud etc etc

I installed after effect 2018 but photoshop not allowed me

what I must to do?

I am having the same issues. I am also on a Mac. I am trying to do some work from home. If I go into work Monday and have the same issue it is not going to be good. I did the above mentioned and when I go to re open Illustrator this is the message I get.Screen Shot 2017-10-14 at 10.33.02 PM.png

Hi everyone..

I really want to try out the Lightroom before purchasing any plan.

Signed in and downloaded the trial installer, but always fail when about 39%.

The error code is P1.

 

I read that installing the Creative Cloud will solve the problem,

but the other problem is the Creative Cloud also failed to install with the same error code.

When tying to download Creative free trial on PC I get this screen:

 

Since InDesign is a desktop app, you can tap the button below to send a link to the application installer via email which you can then open on your desktop or laptop computer.

 

I then enter my email address, and receive the email which has this link:

 

https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/indesign?promoid=CZY722MQ&mv=other

 

Bringing me back to the origional sceen. Its a never ending cycle, what do I do?

I am also having trouble installing Creative Cloud. Fresh Windows (newly formatted) 10 build and worked perfectly on Windows 8. Download installer from Adobe site but gets to 5% and hangs (see screenshot). Have given it an hour or more but never moves. Followed above procedure, but only change is it now asks me to login first.

Eu formatei meu computador e fui tentar reinstalar os programas da Creative Cloud, porém agora, aparece essa mensagem:

Não sei mais o que fazer, isso acontece com TODOS os programas da Adobe.

Updated Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator on 6/18, now nothing will open: Error 16. None of the Error 16 fixes using the SLS Store and Adobe PCD folder permissionms work. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. Been on the phone with Adobe 5 times since this happened on June 18. Probalby spent 5 hours on the phone with 4 different tech people. I'm waiting for a callback, but the Adobe guy tells me it will be 2 days. Others muct have this same problem....any fixes? HELP!

PS- Also made a new user account and tried opening with that, thinking it was a permissions problem. Still Error 16. Frustrating.....can't work if I don't have the software.

CC Packager - No Internet!

On Mac running High Sierra 10.13.5

I have logged on to admin console and downloaded the CC Packager, the packager installs but when i select "Creative Cloud for Teams" i get the "Please connect to the internet and retry" error message.

 

I have cleared the hosts file, checked to make sure that i can access the activation sites, (ping and Pong etc)

I have also tried with a non fire-walled connection to the internet but still the same.

 

(I can connect and run the packager ok from a windows 10 pc so firewall etc is not an issue)

Everything is in the title... I have actually Muse 2018.0 I need to upgrage for a team work and there's nothing about muse in my App Windows on Creative Cloud.
