Can't Unistall OLD Adobe programs, MAC?

"Localized files could not be loaded. Please reinstall this application to solve the problem." Error 11

 

OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

 

Our work computer has an issue with Adobe 2015 programs no longer opening and can't find a way to just get them off. We've tried to install CC apps since on the the MAC and it won't allow it because of the old programs on there, which aren't even working and we just get that error message. 

 

Is it because the programs were installed with a disk? The original disks can't be located at this time. I've already tried the cleaner tool and a former worker resorted to throwing the icons in the trash but they are still in launchpad. I decided to bring them back to the desktop. All this happened before I had access to this computer so I'm not sure of all that was done and why it's like this.

CC Photoshop & Lightroom, Doesn't work to download although i bought it

Dear people,

 

Yesterday I activated the Photoshop & Lightroom package.

I downloaded it, but it still shows that I only can use the trial for 7 days. (Photoshop)

Lightroom is a trial for 30 days.

 

I'm logged into the CC, but still says Trial.

 

Could you please help me ?

Why are my Creative Cloud Applications not working?

My Creative Cloud Applications (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) are not working. I open them and they either don't open or open and show the loading circle and show a "not responding" status. I've tried restarting. I've tried restarting and quitting the Creative Cloud app and re-opening it from the desktop icon. My Creative Cloud app itself is working. I require no updates though, for my computer or for any of the software...

 

Feeling helpless...

 

Please help...

Adobe Creative Cloud Failing Installation

Hi All,

 

Am trying to install Adobe Creative cloud application on windows 10 system with all required specifications.

After installing Adobe Extension Manager CC application , it is rolling back to uninstalling the all the Adobe Creative cloud Application by itself .

could you please help us out here.

MAC Help!! - Trouble downloading CC and updating CS6

Hey,

I bought CC in Feb 2017 and haven't managed to install any of the apps!  I'm running a 2013 Mac book pro (Sierra) and am currently using CS6 (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).

 

I go in to the CC apps, click on 'install' it shows install up to 99%, says 'open' and then disappears.  Illustrator CC hasn't installed at all and I can't find it anywhere.

I switched my laptop to 'safe mode' and it's still not installing, updates also not working.  Anyone have any ideas?  Will cancel my subscription soon if I can't get it up and running.

Corrupt program?

I had mistakenly deleted my Creative Cloud program file from my computer, and am trying to reinstall it, however, when I try to install the program, it comes up with error code 86 (another version of the program is running). However, there is no version of the program running, as there is no file. I tried using the uninstaller, but the uninstaller will not work, as it comes up with the message that the program is busy at the time. Help!

I like CS6 a lot because i am used to it and they stopped making you pay money for it but why do they still require a serial number, in which i dont have?

Windows 10 AI and ID crashing

Hello,

Since installing Creative Cloud on my new laptop running Windows 10, AI crashes on startup. It says that PDFFormat.ip and PDFSuite.aip are missing. They are not missing, however, maybe not in the right location??? No one in support has been able to resolve the issue. InDesign will start but crashes when saving a document or simply exiting the program. Has anyone experienced this? I blame Windows 10 but if this were a common occurrence , I think it would have already been addressed.

Can I please just have my Mac back!

Keeps failing to download. What to do?

Trying to download the free trail of adobe illustrator. Gets to 15% of it being downloaded and then says problem downloading. What to do?

Hi everyone,

 

I wanted to get the trial version of After Effect to check a work done by a friend on it (and so understand how he made it), but seems impossible. I first tried to install it by the Creative Cloud App (I should precise I'm on Mac, OSX Yosemite 10.10.5), Character Animator CC and Media Encoder CC comes with it, all seems to be good. But when I tried to lunch I got a pop-up message telling "error on Licences Library ; You would have to do the installation again" (was in french so maybe it is not the perfect translation), After Effect shut down (so I never saw the window's software) and it gets me on Adobe's help's pages.

So I uninstalled all, then try to install again. Then the pop-up message doesn't appear but I got a new one, telling there is a problem, giving me the Code Error 16, then close all.

 

I tried a different way to install After Effect, directly by the trial downloading page on Adobe, but same result.

I just tried to open Character Animator (seems to work but tell me it needs an After Effect licence) and Media Encoder (gives me the same Code Error 16), maybe there's something linked.

Also I tried the solution from Adobe help page, with permission of SLStore and Adobe PCD, but no result.

 

If you have any clue I would really appreciate it !

Is there an issue with Adobe today? March 26/17.

 

The Creative Cloud app on my iMac & Macbook pro will not finish updating. I have no options shown. I can not even log out. Only open app and see it stuck at 7%. If I Quit app and reopen same thing or I get a 201 ERROR.

 

Also I tried to sign in online for the Portfolio App. Where you pick a template and create a website. I would click on sign in and the browser would not react. Sign in showed as hyperlink, but no action when clicked. Refresh did not help.

 

Update:

 

I signed out in Photoshop

 

Relaunched Creative Cloud. Signed in. Same thing. Shows update available. Starts download/ Stalls at 6 or 7%.

 

Clicking on the gear symbol top right only provides the option to open as window, or QUIT.

 

Also: Update automatically is checked. Should that not have done the update automatically, rather than request I click on "Download"?

Mac OS X Yosemite: Creative Cloud Update Error 1002 and CC Uninstaller won't run.

I’m a full CC subscriber since 2012.

 

When CC Desktop tries to update itself, I get Error 1002. I've read the Error 1002 support paper. I tried Solution 3, but the first Terminal instruction returned:

 

lrwxrwxrwt@ 1 root  wheel  11 Jul  1  2012 /tmp -> private/tmp

 

The last character was not “t”, as specified in the instruction, so I did not continue with Solution 3.

 

Proceeding to Solution 4, I have tried to launch the Creative Cloud Uninstaller from both its alias and the original. Absolutely nothing happens.

 

It’s been about 4 years since CC Desktop was able to update without some byzantine, time-consuming and extremely frustrating solution. And Adobe still collects their $50.00 from me every month.

 

Hello, Adobe? Is anybody listening?? I’ve been a loyal customer since 1991 but I’m starting to wish there were a real alternative to being held over a barrel like this.

Good day, noticed following screen error during attempt to reinstall all softwares  - Photoshop / Lightroom / Bridge - with English International as app language:

 

Exit Code: 105

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)

 

FATAL: Failed to open PIM database.

FATAL: Error occured in install product workflow with error code 105 error message

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

Option "Portugues do Brasil"was a previous installed language.

 

Actions so far:

 

1) completely uninstall using Adobe CC Cleaner Tool;

2) new download and install of Adobe Creative Cloud and softwares,

3) Computer system: macOS Sierra version 10.12.3 over a Mac mini station

Lightroom won't launch

Transferred photos to new external desktop drive to free up space on my Mac. When I rebooted the Mac the icon for Lightroom had returned to a generic apple icon and would not launch. Updates from CC will also not download. How do I re-download Lightroom from my CC account? Do I need to uninstall the remnants of the old Lightroom version that appears to be listed in the applications folder on the Mac? Will the re-download of Lightroom automatically launch with my existing photos and catalog?
