Lightroom CC 5 doesn't launch after 2014 update. Mac OSX 10.8.5. Tried the suggestion to log out of Adobe Cloud and log back in. Also rebooted computer. No luck. Photoshop CC 2014 seems to have installed perfectly. Can't install previous version either, can't even find it via Adobe Cloud. Tried re-downloading from Adobe web site but it sits there saying "downloading now" -- but nothing is downloading!

I can't find the solution at the costumer service..

Every time I try to update to Photoshop CC (2014) I get the following error: "Installation Failed. The download appears corrupted. Please try again after a few minutes. (-60)

Waiting does not solve the problem. I'm looking for a cure.

I tried to install the latest creative cloud update and something went wonky. So I deleted it and stared again.

After multiple times of uninstalling and reinstalling I decided to go to my Activity Monitor (Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor) and turn off anything that would turn off. This time it installed just fine.

I hope that helps someone else .

Unable to install Illustrator CCC 2014. "Please close the following applications to continue: -ShellExtLoader"

I follow instructions and close the program, then Retry. Only to get same message to close this application

What should I do now? This is happening with all 2014 upgrades.

i seem to get this error every time i restart my machine after updating to the CC 2014. anyone else?

I PAID THE FEE BUT IT WONT DOWNLOAD

getting an error message that says: "Error starting Creative Cloud" "cookies dir: cannot make folder / cookies: Permission denied (error 13)"

So I installed the CC 2014 apps, and didn't want the older versions. When I went to uninstall I got errors for everything but InDesign, so now I have duplicates I don't want and can't get rid of. Tried the cleaner tool, no dice.

Anyone else having this issue? Have any tips?

I spent an hour and a half fixing an InDesign update issue a couple nights ago with Adobe phone support, so I'm loathe to call again. But will if there isn't an available solution online.

Why I can not open adobe.com & downloading apps from iran?!

I keep getting a message that I've been signed out of my account but when I try to sign-in, the same message appears. I tried to delete the database as instructed by your help directions, but I cannot do that either - keeps saying it is being used by another program even though nothing is open. How can I update my apps if I cannot get my updater to open?

I have problem with licensing the software of Creative Cloud. All programs installed on my computer and working fine. But the software keeps asking (around 1/2 days),

for licensing the software. For example: when I tried to open Photoshop this day I get the warning sign/pop-up about 'licensing the product', when I click that I get another pop-up about finishing my Adobe ID. After I click that, it goes to internet --> Adobe account where I have to sign in (mail + password). I do that and then the site remains loading the page. Once it did enter into my ADobe ID, and everything was fine, Creative Cloud was mentioned and paid etc in my account. So I hope u can help me further, Thanks in advance! grt Marcel
