Hallo,
The hard drive is defect and can't be repaired. I can't boot Windows to deactivate Adobe Suite to install it on the new hard drive.
I tried the Online Support, but there is only Forum Support for this Product. So i can't call or talk to someone from Adobe.
Is there a way to deactivate die Licence remotely or is the licence lost?

It's my new iMac, restored CC account, no trouble downloading two apps, but trying to download Id, I get a repeated "Unable to reach Adobe servers" with advice to check my firewall settings (they're off) and try later. Just noticed on an Adobe CC page, that "InDesign is downloading now..." but I see no status bar or other evidence of a download. What to do?
Could I install my software on a new computer without DVD ROM ?
Downloaded the CC Suite, wont run when I click on any of the programs, wont let me uninstall it, when I try to uninstall any of the programs; Errror states - I need application manager. So I download and run application manager at it tells me The installer failed to initialize and i need to download adobe support advisor - but that has been discontinued.....Help!

Hi, I have CC photography plan and I cannot get it to work on my laptop. I have used CC since it came out and for some reason it will not recognize my subscription on my laptop and says 'No Subscription Found'.

Error U44M1P7 still occurs when trying to update LR & PS even after Adobe tech help reinstalled both LR & PS from prodesigntools.com. Anyone else have this problem and how to solve it? Adobe tech help did not fix it.

How do I download and install a second copy of Photoshop and Lightroom onto a Windows computer after initially installing it on my Mac? I simply would like a Mac version and a Windows version on two computers.
I have purchased a Photoshop CC + Lightroom + Bridge CC yesterday, prepaid for 1 year. In my Creative Cloud manager it appears I have downloaded trial versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC and also the purchased versions. I am not sure what should I do. Is the version I am using the purchased version? I am afraid I am still using the 30 day trial version. Will it change to the purchased one once the credit card payment has been approved? Or should I download definite versions of Photoshop and Lightroom again? It is quite confusing. Thank you for your assistance.
After latest updates none of the CC apps works; Bridge -Photoshop. I get the error 'missing msvcp120.dll !! -any good ideas please??

I get when I install error code 44. I looked it up and it did not exist on the adobe website so I tried lots of things like the Adobe CC cleaner but it still didn't work out.

Newly installed Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC on my Mac Mini with OS X Yosemite.
Photoshop CC(2014) is installed and usable, but the installer shows an update available. Clicking on update starts it, but it is then stuck at 50% with "Waiting" displayed.
And yes, I already tried:
- rebooting
- canceling and restarting the update
- signing out and back in Creative Cloud.
any help appreciated.

every time when I download creative cloud showing error 204
I have been running the free trial of CC and today i decided to upgrade to pay....what a joke, i am still being told i have 9 day to run on free trial and will have to pay in 9 days time...my first payment to Adobe has already gone, i have been chatting to Adobe on Twitter and so far after 4 hours no luck, i pay my money and get nothing different from the free version only '9 Days left' they run on in all this tech jargon and confuse the hell out of me....thinking of getting my first payment back as in 9 days time i will have to pay again even though they say its all in order their end. any help gratefully received even as i read on here its a on going issue .

After further investigation it would appear that the SourceCodePro fonts are not valid for Windows 10.
Please advise.
