I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS6 and continue to have invalid checksum error.
I tried turning off Checksum validation and it then allowed me to do the install and enter my Serial Number but then get the error Some items may not have installed successfully. The program will not start up.
I've looked through this forum to see if anyone else has this problem. I see other issues with CC from other people but not this one.
Since I upgraded my CC App manager I can no longer update apps and I can't download new apps either. The apps I already have installed are running fine(Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, Audition, Animate). I need to see if there are updates for these and also need to download another app, Edge Inspector, which I haven't used before. I need to view designs on mobile apps so I really need this.
Below is the error message I'm getting. I have been struggling with this for about 5 days. I tried uninstalling CC and then downloading and reinstalling CC and still get this message.
I am using Mac OS 10.8.4

So I downloaded all the CC apps and installed them and now I was to uninstall the CS6 apps to free some space on my HDD.
I had CS6 with creative cloud subscription, and not a disk version, so when I go in the application/utilities/adobe installers folder I don't have a uninstall cs6 icon but only icons to uninstall the software one by one, like uninstall photoshop, or uninstall after effects...
So my question is; has anyone in that situation found out a way to uninstall all the CS6 apps at once instead of doing it one by one.

When I try to update the Creative Cloud Desktop I get the following message:
"We've encountered the following issues: Creative Cloud desktop failed to install"

I bought Photoshop app through this website for a yearly commitment. How can I download it? It keeps asking me for the serial number. From where on earth do I get it? Nobody provided it to me. I even never got any confirmation email from here about my purchace. What's going on? And why I cannot contact anybody regarding this?

This does NOT work!
I am sick of all this BS with the creative desktop.
I have renamed folders, uninstalled the creative desktop, deleted folders etc. etc. MANY TIMES! Still cannot get this rubbish to update.
SO basically the desktop tool only installs properly once, after that, when ADOBE tell me that there is an update to the desktop tool, and I continue with that upgrade, it FAILS, every single time.
Not really what I paid for is it? 
Trying to update CS6 via Creative Cloud and ill i get is 'failed' and then the error code U44M1P7. Could anyone shed some light on why tis might be and a way around it please?

Please help me understand how to fix this problem.
Something went wrong during the instalation of Flash.
I had to exit Cloud because the whole computer froze.
However, now the status-bar for Flash says "Updated", eventhou the app did not get installed at my computer.
How do I reinstall this app? Cloud does not seem to understand that Flash does not exist on my computer!
Need quick answers, because I need this app at my school !
I keep getting a blank "we've encountered the following issues" box when I try to run Creative Cloud Setup. 
It doesn't even try to install anything it just shows this every time. I just bought CC and now I can't use it, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
In trying to download PS CC, Application Manager failed and would not update, after first claiming that another instance was running. I tried re-booting to no avail. (I am upgrading from CS6, running Windows 7).
I upgraded this morning to Photoshop CC and the download states finished, However I can't find how to open the program as there is no app to start it? I installed on a 2013 Imac 27"
I get an Error code: A12E1 when I try to update the Creative Cloud desktop on my Mac, OS 10.7.5. I tried creating a different user account but that made no difference. I uninstalled the Creative Cloud desktop app and downloaded a new one from the CC website. Same problem with an Error code: A12E6.
So how do we fix this?
Every time I try to install Creative Cloud, this message pops up saying, "Adminitrative privileges are required to continue with installation." I Am on the administrator account and i'm not sure what I should do. Does anyone know how to deal with this?
I've been getting this "unknown server error" for 4 days on my windows 8 creative cloud desktop app. I cannot install other CC aps until you resolve this.

The Desktop CC app worked fine before the forced upgrade.

To solve the problem, you must explain how do I get the upgrade creative cloud app to read my correct log in info?
I'm using windows 8, AND I've already tried the following...
1. re-installing creative cloud from the creative cloud website (did it 4 times now)
2. changing the folder "OOBE" to "OOBE_old" (did not work)
3. I also tried installing this exe: PC: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/win/ApplicationMa nager7.0_all.exe , which did not work

So I just bought the Student/Teacher version of the Creative Cloud, and I'm trying to download it. I have done nothing else besides select Fireworks to download, and it was to download along with the Creative Cloud. However, it keeps freezing on "Installing Creative Cloud desktop."
What should I do? I've already restarted it once, and it says it is still downloading--the green bar is still glowing and whatnot--but it is stuck with a millimeter to go. It's been stuck like that for a few hours.

I just purchased CC and all of the programs are appearing to install apart from photoshop. When I search for it in my files the only thing that appears is "uninstall photoshop cc". Should I do that and then re-launch CC?

I have this morning tried installing Creative Cloud, however, I keep getting this error:
cookies dir: cannot make folder / cookies: Permission denied (error 13)
I have used Disk Utility to Verify Dick Permissions, but still get the same message.
Rather concerned that I may have made a mistake in subscribing :-/

I can not successfully install the Creative Cloud Installer. I continually get

I have tried verifying disk permissions using the disk utility on my macpro retina. This is a brand new computer (less than a week). I've also tried changing cookies permissions to allow for third party cookies.
I don't know what the problem is.
